Spinel had been rather upset lately. The diamonds did treat her well most of the time, but every little misbehavioral action Spinel did, she seemed to be in big trouble for it. After sitting in her room for countless nights, she realized how much she missed Steven and the Crystal Gems. She wished they'd come and see her every now and then. Little did she know, they would be visiting sooner than she imagined.
[ Later that Day...❤ ]
Steven was watching television, sighing out of boredom. Amethyst came and sat by him, "Dude, is it just me or is there literally nothing in the universe to do?" He looked over to her, "It's not just you. I've had nothing to do all day, so I just watched TV." Amethyst huffed lightly, "I wish there was a friend we could hang out with or something." Then, with those words, Steven had an idea. "Amethyst, remember Spinel?" She nodded, "Yeah, but she's probably fine without us! We all know how the diamonds are." Steven shrugged, "How would we know if she's fine? Maybe the diamonds are rude to her. Maybe they yell at her! Plus, we've got nothing else to do."
Amethyst thought for a moment and then said, "Alright, dude. I'll let Garnet and Pearl know, just in case they want to come." Steven smiled and said, "I'll ask Lapis, Bismuth, and Peridot while you're asking the others. The more the merrier!"
