The ground slopes farther downward with every step. I've been walking for hours now. The trees have blocked out the sky, and the only remaining light is an ethereal glow.

I hear movement among the trees and turn to see them part like water. A massive deer, over a dozen stories tall, walks slowly through the woods. To it, the trees are nothing more than blades of grass, and I am less than an ant.

Awestruck, I gaze up at it. Every fall of its hooves leaves a massive, glowing dent in the foam-like moss that covers the forest floor. Realizing the imminent danger I'm in, I scurry out of the way, heading deeper into the darkness.

The sound of the creature's footsteps soon fade into nothingness, and I head deeper into the darkness.
