either everyone in sdr2 still living is wearing a comfort outfit they dont want to remove any part of or they just really dont like akane and nekomaru and chiaki because literally everyone besides akane has a part of their outfit that is easily removed (tie, hoodie, bow, et cetera) and could be left in the hall instead of a person or their handbook
