ive been crying A Lot lately i think im pmsing, i dont feel worse than usual but like. more physically responsive?? like usually being at 7/10 sadness makes me tired and sick and have more difficulty being regan but now thats for 5/10 sadness if 0/10 is perfectly happy, and 7/10 makes me start sobbing when 9/10 would usually be the mark for that, but im still the same amount of insecure and bad in mental- idk why im rambling im very off rn
