New Family

The screams of NeNe awoke Kim & Chuck, her water bag broke & her contractions were coming fast and hard. She was crying, so the pain to stop as Kim ran to the room, she had to remember that her belly was big, with her being four months pregnant with twins. She told Chuck to call 911, but he was already out the door warming up the car. Chuck planned on driving NeNe to the hospital, and he wanted to make sure everything went perfectly with his new nieces. NeNe asked Chuck to please call Gene so he could meet them at the hospital, we were working overnight in the area so he would be there in no time. Joy & Chase heard the noise and came out of their room to see what happened. As Joy was coming out of her room, she heard her mom yell for Chuck, and they never saw him go down the steps.

Is mom there anything I can do to help? Yes, Joy, please find your father so we can get Aunt NeNe to the hospital. Okay, mom, I'm going now. Are aunt nene you about to have the babies asked Chase? Yes, Chase and this shit hurt so bad. Can you please help Auntie downstairs? Sure, Aunt NeNe holds on to me.

NeNe stopped dead in her track and yelled out. She was having another contraction, and they were coming hard. She yelled for Kim to come to help her, but Kim was in her room bent over in pain. No one saw her hit the banister when running out of her room. Joy came back in the house, yelling for her mother, she went up to her parent's room and saw her mother on the floor crying. She had no idea what to do but call her dad & remain calm.

Daddy, daddy, daddy; mommy is crying in the room. She said her stomach is hurting bad. I can't get her up off the floor. Daddy, you have to help, mommy said, Joyce.

Chuck had already called Mika & Idris and was happy they lived on the same block. Mika was there in no time while Idris was in the car ready to drive NeNe to the hospital with Chuck. As Mika was coming in the house, she heard someone call her name when she turned it was Gene, and He had an early night was on his way home when Chuck called him. Gene entered the house with Mika, and they both went to help the women. Gene helped Chase get Ne-Ne downstairs while Mika went to check on Kim; NeNe was so happy to see her children's father come in the house. She didn't want to have their children alone. She was so grateful that he sided with her family with all that bullshit was going on. Ne-Ne didn't want to have to kill the father of her children, but she would have if it came to that point. When Gene & NeNe got outside, he saw a police car sitting waiting to escort them to Jefferson Hospital, and Gene smiled because he knew it was a better chance for them to make it there before Ne-Ne had their children in the car. Chuck was yelling for them to come on; he never went back into the house or heard his daughter yelling at him about Kim. Chuck was looking for his wife to be right behind NeNe & Gene, but she was not there. Once NeNe and Gene got in the car, Chuck asked where Kim was. Gene told him that Mika went to make sure she was okay. Chuck was confused about Gene's statement, so he told Idris to go ahead; they will be right behind them. He had to check on his wife.

Idris was driving right behind the police car, and it was 2 a.m. so traffic was light. While Ne-Ne was in the back seat crying with every contraction, Gene was upfront with Dris. They arrived at the hospital in 20 minutes and Idris ran in yelling his sister was having her babies in his car. The nurses ran out to the car to help Gene get NeNe out the car, there was blood everywhere, and Idris was worried that something was wrong. Tamika never went through this when she had their children, so Idris had no idea what was happening.

One of the nurses that come out recognized NeNe right away. Come on, Ms. Mead, we have you now. Everything will be just fine, breathe through the contractions love. Nurse Johan, we need to get Ms. Mead to labor & delivery right now; her babies are coming fast. Okay, Ms. Mead here we go, I'll have you comfortable in no time. How far apart are the contractions? They are coming about every 8 minutes, stated Gene. Okay, Sir, we will make sure your wife and children are just fine.
