"Let's all stand as Judge Louis Lamis enters the court" the female clark says as we all rise for the Judge to enter the court.

Once he takes a seat and orders the court to sit, the officers bring in Jace.

The lawyer that I hired for him, Mr. Harry Baine, gets up to start his defense case.

"Your honour, today we are here to prove that Mr. Jace Stark is completely innocent concerning all the charges he's been locked up with. Mr Stark has nothing to do with drugs. He is a refined business man in New York. Right here. And he would never do such a thing. To prove this, I call on my witness, Mr. Gideon Lee to tell what he knows about that issue" Mr. Baine says, presenting.

Gideon stands up to stand in the witness box.

"We remind you that this is a court. And any lie you tell will be detected and used against you. Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?" The clark asks

"I swear" he says

"Mr. Lee, we are aware that you were present on the day of Mr. Stark's arrest. Can you please narrate for us in clear detail, what exactly happened?" The lawyer asks

"That day Jace and I decided to meet and talk about some business he was handling. It was concerning his girlfriend's father who was dealing in cocaine. He couldn't stop the man from what he was doing. But at least he wanted to help. He also didn't want his girlfriend to find out since she would be heart broken. So he decided to make the man's money clean. And make it law abiding and faithful earning."

"Very well Mr. Lee. You can take your seat." With a nod, Gideon walks to his seat by me in fast pace. As if scared that he would be called back.

"With the witness point of view and the evidences proven, I plead to the court to release the accused for he is blameless. That's all your honour" the lawyer says and takes a seat.

"Now for the prosecution"

"Thank you your honour. I say Mr. Jace Stark is very much guilty. There is no law that states that you should protect a criminal. It's completely the opposite. Mr. Stark was very much aware and involved in the drug dealing business, scared to get caught, he decided to use his girlfriend as an excuse and her father as leverage to cover up his real motives. I say he remains in jail as declared by the previous court. Thank you your honour" the opposing lawyer says and takes a seat.

"The court will take a recess as I make my decision" the Judge says

"After listening to both lawyers, the court has arrived at a decision. Mr. Jace Stark will be released but will pay a fine of $100,000,000 for trying to cover up this drug dealing business. The court is adjourned" he says and I squeal so loud as we stand, not caring about the glances.

I said I'll get him out. And I finally did.
