August

As soon as we made it to Memphis I went to check on Mikaela, I had given her a bus for herself so she could have her privacy an all a'dat, but T had rode with her some of da way to keep her company, and I checked in from time to time.

"You are such a cheat T!" I heard her say as Terrance loud ass laughter filled da narrow bus cabin. I raised my eyebrow at them as I saw da Monopoly game spread out between em.

"Hey now, aint my fault you cant pay yo rent..." T answered her

"Yea aint my fault you were switching all the bad cards the whole time," mikaela shot at him giggling.

I cleared ma throat to let em know a nigga was there.

They both looked up at me

"August you need some more honest bodyguards I swear," she told me before sotfly flingin da rest of ha monopoly cash at T. I chuckled.

T stood up and noticed we were outside the hotel. "Oh we here? Imma catch yall later, my ass is cramped...im finna hit the gym"

I folded my arm and smirked as he left

"What?" Mikaela asked unfolding her legs and standing up.

"You so successful in party plannin but cant even buy Connecticut avenue?" I teased her

"Oh hush," she said fanning me away as I chuckled

"Speaking of party planning. I was thinking Instead of pretending to plan it, how about I actually do so?" She said raising her eyebrows hopefully

"Oh ya actually wanna work while here?"

"Yeah, I need to do something to keep me occupied" she shrugged

I nodded,  " coo. Da after party fa tonight is already planned but im sure there's some things that could use some last minute touches"

"Yesss, anything" she pretending to beg. I snickered.

"Aight. Well we can go to da location,  and you can actually plan da other 3 parties. Just let me make my manager make a few calls first" I said to her.

She flashed a wide smile.

"Let me just put on some shoes then we can go," she said quickly before walkin to da back of da bus.

Mikaela

I put on my shoes as fast as I could, excited to do some type of work.

"Ok. Lets go" I said to August before following him out the bus door.

"Aug!" I turned around to see Helena jogging up towards us.

"Hey ma," August said. She glanced at me giving me a small fake smile.

"You going somewhere?" She asked him

"Yeah, Im takin Mikaela to da venue she's gonna be workin with tonight" he replied her

"Wait shouldnt this have been done in advance?" She raised an eyebrow

"Yea it was..." he began

"I just wanna make sure that everything is on track," I added smiling back at her

She nodded. "Well I'll see you at soundcheck in a few then" she said before sending me another fake toothy smile and leaving

"Fake ass smile," I chuckled to myself as we walked towards the all black suv

"What?? She was bein nice" August said laughing a little

I stopped walking and stale faced him, " you must be crazy. Helena does not like me."
