"Yung slow down on that wet floor before you fall and can't get up," Big T said to me as I sped walked across da airport tiles

"Yo skinny ass would look like them old broads on da life alert ads," Sneak giggled imitatin how they stretch their hand out after falling

I glanced over at him, " nigga that shit ain't supposed to be funny."

"Yet yo ass always da first to fight back yo laughter" he answered me

I smirked cause da nigga was right.

"What's the time now?" T asked

I looked down at ma rolly, " almost 12...Mikaela's appointment starts soon"

"aight. You go, Imma get the bags" Terrance told me as I made ma way to da exit.

"Good morning Ms Montgomery. No Mr Alsina?" Dr Young asked as he glanced around the room seeing August wasn't there

"I'm hea'" August voice came through da door. He walked in a little breathless

I smiled at him, " where's the fire?"

"I told you I ain't gonna miss no appointment," he said placing his hands on his side trying to catch his breath.

"Alright. Good to see everyone is present. Let's get down to business huh?" Dr Young said with that gorgeous smile of his.

"Alright. So your scan shows that Baby B has progressively moved up away from the cervix" Dr Young explained to us

"So she good now?" August asked

"She is. They all are." He answered with a small smile

I exhaled with a huge smile coming across my face

"Thank God." August said

"Soo can I travel now or?" I asked a little skeptical

'Well you can go to the grocery store and the mall now if that's what you mean by travel," he joked. "But you made so much progress you should be able to hop on a plane, boat or train in the next 2 wks or so"

"I didn't make any progress.  It was all...what's her name August? " I tried to coax him into telling me

"You think you slick don't ya?" He smiled at me and said.

"But Baby B as she will be called til tonight is a little grinder, just like her pops" he said feeling proud.

"Finalizing names tonight?" Dr Young asked placing down his clipboard

August  nodded, " hopefully...if Mikaela hea' done chose one that is"

"Wait til tonight," I said mocking him

"Nice to know. So let me print you guys your sonogram photos and you can be on your way." Dr Young said before heading for the back room.

"So yall ain't gonna let me stay for the naming of my nieces?!" Dawn asked getting upset.

"August thinks you'll just side with me or worse, give dumb suggestions" I said to Dawn as I walked her to the door.

She sucked her teeth, " Damn right I got ideas. Like Julya and Augusta Alsina"

"How bout I name my next pair a twins that when you name your kid Dusk" August walked passed us saying

I chuckled as Dawn side eyed him
