When I opened my eyes, all I really saw was white. white and specks of gray that pieced together to create what I assumed was furniture. A noise could be heard next to me, an irritating nibbling sound which, when I turned my head, resulted in a nervous Harry biting his nails. My vision finally recovered and I was aware of the plush hospital bed that I was laying in. I assumed that Harry noticed movement through his peripheral vision because the jittery noise of his teeth chewing his nails stopped and he slowly turned his head.

"Hi." I croakily attempted at speaking, though my voice wasn't so strong. Quickly he got up and placed his elbows on the bed, kneeling down beside me. "Hey." he breathily replied, and I laughed quietly at his childlike actions. "Dawn's results came in. They also checked you and you had the exact same ones." He chuckled indifferently, and by the tone in his voice I knew it wasn't anything serious.

"And?" I urged him, trying to sit upright but my head decided otherwise as it throbbed painfully. Harry grabbed my wrist to pin me in place so that I didn't move, aware of my sore head. "So, you know those piña coladas y'all had?" he started, a dimpled smirk on his lips. I groaned. "Ever heard of expired coconut milk? Check the dates on things from now on Ms.Price." He scolded, rolling his eyes, a playful grin on all the while.

I groaned again, this time more in a joking way. "You guys can leave in a few hours. Dawn was given antibiotics and you were given some drugs which made you out cold for longer than you would have been. Y'all are fine I guess. Might be a little dizzy for the next 2 days. I'd have to watch ya'll." He simply stated, shrugging his shoulders with a mischievous smirk.

"Oh brother." I sighed quietly. Harry gave me a look, one that I was extremely familiar with. But before I could turn away and admire the sunrise out of the window, his lips were already on mine and I assumed he had been munching on the hospital blueberry muffins. Not a good taste.

I shuffled through my condo with Dawn, noticing that my door had been unlocked and the TV was on how I left it, duvets and pillows sprawled on the futon. I hadn't time to clean up and turn off the television when Dawn stated that she needed to get to the hospital. Everything was a blur from last night. "That sucked." Dawn sighed, carding her fingers through her hair. I agreed, locking the door and traipsing towards the ottoman to reach for the remote and shut the TV off.

"Umm- Stephanie?" Dawn quietly murmured, and I spun around to find her twiddling her fingers and peering at her toes. "Yes?" I giggled, finding her stance to be childlike. "I met some friends on twitter and we facetimed a few times, and they want to meet up with me today. I think it'd be fun...could I go?" She hummed, tilting her head, her dull eyes meeting mine. I was taken back by her question, but quickly obliged, in fact rushing her to the bedroom to get ready. "Dawn, I'm not your mum. Think of me as your big sister. You can do as you like without asking, just let me know about it, okay? Unless you want to have sex... we can talk about that first." I reprimanded. She smiled boldly and nodded as she trotted to the closet and rummaged through her section of clothes. "I hope you have fun, tell me when you're ready, I'll drive you." I told her wholeheartedly and she quickly shook her head no. I was slightly confused. "N-no Stephanie. It's at the pizzeria down the block, I can just walk." She said so sure of herself. "Are you sure? It's cold and the snow still has yet to melt." I sighed uneasily of. She nodded again. I indifferently shrugged and brought my hand to her shoulder, shaking it playfully before trudging off.

I continued out the door and entered the kitchen. It was sort of dirty so I began to pick up and do dishes. I thought about how Dawn has probably never really experienced a true friendship. When we adopted her, they told us that she takes online classes 4 days a week and that just limits her ability to find people her age. Of course, the right thing to do was to allow her to go. My phone began to ring on the counter so I collected it and saw that it was Harry. I hadn't even been without him for an hour and he was already starting to bug my end. Not that I didn't mind it.

"Hey babe?" I snickered confusedly, placing the last plate in the dishwasher. "Hey Steph, whada ya doin?" He giddily splurged, a hint of mischievousness behind his voice. "I'm cleaning up, why?" I laughed, wiping my hands on a towel. "I wanna bring you out to dinner, or take a walk in the park." He insisted, sounding oddly willing. My eyebrows furrowed as I started towards the living room. "Why is that?"

I could hear shuffling on the other line before he quickly said "I'm at your door." And sure enough as I darted towards the anterior and pulled open the door, there he was, phone pressed to his hear. He quickly hung up and shoved it into his pocket. "Hey." He chortled grabbing my hand and planting a sweet kiss against my knuckles. I was sort of taken back by his cloying persona. I felt my face turn hot and I took no time in sweetly reaching up to mash my lips against his. He walked me backwards into the condo with our lips still attached until my back met the hard surface of the wall. Someone cleared their throat, causing us to back away from each other and glare down at the witness who was wearing a black jumper and a white scarf, leather mittens fitting on her petite hands.

"I'm heading out." Dawn laughed apprehensively before giving each of us a curt nod and opening the door. "Call me when you get there!" I shouted before the door clicked shut. Harry gazed into my eyes with a puzzled look laced into his features. "Where is she going?" He inquired, backing up to give me some room to emerge from the wall. "Out with some friends." I shrugged apathetically. He retaliated by smirking devilishly and winking in my direction. "Well you wanna watch a movie or something? I never really felt like going out anyways?" He laughed sardonically. "Uh-huh, sure." I agreed, plodding towards the living room and pushing in a movie carelessly, not really knowing what I had put on. As the trailers slid by, I found myself snuggling closer into Harry's lap, if that was even possible. Before the movie started, I felt sort of out of place, quickly adjusting myself to look into Harry's eyes. "Are we really just going to sit here and watch a movie?" I dubiously inquired, lurching my shoulders forward to find my nose pressed to his, innocently. "I mean....we don't have to if you'd much rather do something different." He replied shrewdly. "Well I kind of feel like-" and I was cut off when he attached his lips to mine in a sloppy snog, picking me up by my hips and wrapping me around his torso, knocking our noses together painfully. All the while, we continued to kiss and he carried me to the kitchen. Great thing I had cleaned up, leaving the counter spotless with just enough room for me to lie on. Harry kissed me rougher, massaging my boobs as I unbuttoned his jeans. "Is this something I should be doing after being released from the hospital?" I joked with his lips still in between mine. He chuckled into my mouth, pulling up my shirt and sucking collarbones maliciously. Suddenly he began to discard my pants and next my underwear, impatiently kissing up my thighs and flicking his tongue against my core. My head fell back as it all began to happen slowly.

So much for a walk in the park.
