Her eyes were focused on the bright moon above the temple of the first spinjitsu master. She could remember the very first time she had seen it. her first mission with the league, had been her first time outside the base, and since she didn't have much knowledge about the world outside, she had mistaken it for being the sun.
She later learned the truth of course, but this had been her only sun she's ever seen. Their missions were always happening at night time, so she actually had never seen the real sun until some few days ago after Lloyd and the ninja had defeated the dark lord.
Quietly she sat there, watching it.
" it's beautiful, isn't it?" Lloyd's voice suddenly appears right behind her.
" yeah... I must confess that I think it's prettier than the sun..." 47 replies, not moving her eyes off it.
Lloyd looked up at it too. Watching it.
" well I think the sun is more pretty" he chuckles, now turning his attention towards her.
" so... you're going to leave... or have you decided to stay...?" Lloyd turned more serious at that.
" I... haven't decided for sure... but I think I need to see it..." she now took her eyes off the moon and shyly looked over at Lloyd.
He quietly nods, understanding why.
" there's not much left of your home village... but it was your home... no one has really been there since the village burned down.."
" yeah... but I have to see it..."
" I can come with you.. you don't have to go alone." Lloyd told her, not wanting her to be alone.
" no... you have to stay here, the team needs you. And this is a journey I have to make alone... I have to say goodbye to my past... find myself and then... perhaps I will return."
Lloyd quietly nods. She had made up her mind then, and he had to respect that, even through he wouldn't like to.
" we're going to miss you.. I .. am going to miss you..." Lloyd quietly whispered the last part, knowing that she had heard him.
47 quietly smiles and places her hand onto his.
" I will return Lloyd, just give me time alright?" She gently put her hand on his cheek, looking him into his eyes.
Me slowly nods " you better be" he smiled and without another word, quietly leaned towards her, pulling her gently into a kiss. This was a little bit unexpected, but she excepted it, knowing she would have done it if he hadn't.
" I'm going to miss you a lot.," she whispered, after the kiss had ended.
" well I'm going to miss you too, but I will wait" he replies, kissing her one last time.
" see you later then..." Lloyd whispers as he watches her fade into the dark night, disappearing into the unknown.
