The dark water... again..
"Why do I keep coming here...?" Quietly mumbles to himself.
He was now laying into it. He wanted to sit up.. but it was like his body wouldn't move.. he couldn't even feel it...
Was this how it felt like to die..?
Was this how it was going to end...?
It this was it... then dying wasn't to bad. He felt sleepy, he felt somewhat warm.. and he felt like there wouldn't be anyone there to badger him... he could just close his eyes and just sleep. He didn't have to wake up ever again. And that sounded very relaxing.
The water surrounding him wasn't badgering him at all. In fact, it was comforting him, telling him to just sleep. It was going to protect him. No one would be allowed to badger him.
All he had to do was to close his eyes and embrace it...just disappear into nothingness...

" Lloyd... there's no time to sleep now.." there he stood before him, a tall, white dressed man, looking down at him.
The first spinjitsu master... his grandfather..
all this time, he didn't know.
" what else is there to do...?" Lloyd mumbled, still feeling the pressure of the sleepiness over him.
" it's up to you... embrace death and rest... or take my hand and defeat the evil standing before you..." his grandfather spoke, slowly holding his hand out for him.
Lloyd stared at it with half open eyes, feeling to tired to do anything. He just wanted to sleep... it was more relaxing. Fighting evil was meant he had to move, and right now, that was just not what he wanted to do.
" but I'm tired...." Lloyd mumbled tiredly, trying his best to stay awake.
" it's your choice my boy... but they need you... they all do."
Lloyd looked up at him. They needed him... but why did he have to wake up now..? He just wanted to sleep.
" can't I just rest for a bit...?" Lloyd tiredly asks. His grandfather slowly shakes his head.
" this is the end if you choose to sleep Lloyd. But if you want to live, you must take my hand.. I can give you a last chance. But you must chose fast. This offering won't last forever..."
Lloyd looked back at his hand. He tried to lift up his own hand, but it was so heavy.
" it's to... heavy" Lloyd mumbled.
" you must put effort into it my child, come on, you can do it." Lloyd tried again. Did he really want to wake up...? Honestly, he would like to just lay here and sleep, for all entirety.
" they need me... I cannot stay here" Lloyd suddenly realizes.
" they need me!" He spoke loudly, now forcing himself to sit up! He couldn't let death take him now!
He raised his hand, even though it was hard, but he took it. He took the offering.

A loud gasp for air suddenly cane from Lloyd's lifeless body.
" Lloyd!" Wu suddenly shouts out in joy as he sees Lloyd's eyes burst open.
" I'm here!" He spoke exhaustedly, gasping for more air as he felt very dizzy.
" you... you were dead... I was ..sure of it" Wu stammers as he was watching his nephew in shock. He was very sure that the tea he had given him hadn't been strong enough to bring him back, so what did...?
By the look of it, the poison was all gone from his body! Every injuries and scars! He was fully healed. What had happened?
Lloyd noticed the look on wu's face and smiled at him.
" your father sends his greetings" and that was all he said as he stood up and took a deep breath.
Garmadon who now hadn't noticed Lloyd being fully recovered, was still busy with holding the shadow lord under his trap spell.
" fool," the dark figure grins up at him.
" using your powers on me will only make you weaker! I feed on your strength, Garmadon" he laughed. Garmadon in return did not. He was fully aware of this, but he had to hold him down, at least until his brother had managed to do anything about Lloyd...
" anything to let my ... son live"
" oh he's all alive" Wu suddenly stood behind him, with Lloyd by his side.
" what!? The tea worked!?" Garmadon turns to face them, to see it himself. To see if his son was actually alive... and there he stood before them, alive... healed and completely alive..
" Lloyd..." he had lost focus, and the shadow lord knew it. He took the chance and broke free from the trap spell that Garmadon had used no him.
Garmadon backed away quickly, prepared to attack at any time if necessary.
" you fool Garmadon, you can not defeat me" the shadow lord smirks as he grows larger.
" well maybe I can't... but you have forgotten the prophesy... I was never meant to defeat you... but the green ninja is. My son. The boy you trained up to become your own servant."

" well not anymore " Lloyd suddenly stood behind him, his eyes glowing green.
" I won't let you destroy more life's, I won't let you rip families apart, I won't let your evil grow stronger anymore. Your evil will end here" Lloyd took a step towards him. The ground underneath them started shaking weakly.

" a child will defeat me? Garmadon, you truly have turned more stupid through these years. And I who once used to have you by my side. There is no light without darkness. You can not defeat me, I will always exist! I will always be around! But I will change the purpose of the dark. It shall no longer be just the absence of light, but it will become the source of all life! And your light will bow down before the darkness!"
Lloyd stood there, listening to every word that escaped his mouth. So this was what he truly wanted. For the darkness to become the new God... for evil to reign instead of love.. to replace all good with bad... he couldn't allow this.
And it was clear that not all of his followers were aware of his plans.
Some of the league agents dropped their weapons to the ground as they finally understood what was really going on. The shadow lord never really wanted to rule ninjago, he never really wanted to just because a king or a ruler of nations. No... he wanted to become a god, a god so that all beings had to kneel before him.
" I won't allow it. Never shall your darkness reign!" Lloyd yelled at him, raising his fist, energy bursting out of it.
" the light is good... the light is life... the light is energy"

Lloyd could feel an invisible hand touch him from behind. A rush of unlimited energy just started flowing through him and he felt himself raise in power.
He raised both his hands and a large ball of energy formed into his hands. It was way bigger that the small ones he used to make, but even back then, they had been powerful. That meant this ball was way stronger by just the size of it.
With eyes still glowing green, the threw the ball towards the dark lord.
He of course hard expected this attack and raised his hand to block it off, but Lloyd had been right. The ball had contained large amounts of energy and that threw the darkord off guard. The energy ball hit him and he flew backwards into the wall.
Surprised, the dark lord stood up from the ground, watching the boy in amazement.
" you sure have grown child. Your powers are impressive, but I doubt that will be enough to defeat me" with a wave of his hand, purple flames burst out of the ground, flaming up all around him. Chains of black metal was formed by the flames.
Lloyd had never seen anything like it.
By his signal, the chains suddenly flew towards him in high speed, and Lloyd only managed to escape them by inches.
He grabbed onto a sword that had been laying onto the ground and blocked the attacks from the chains that had turned in mid air by the orders of the shadow lord.
His powers were great, Lloyd had to admit that. But he couldn't allow it to grow stronger. He couldn't allow it to take over the world and everything in it.
He wouldn't allow him.
