Chapter 3

Rain POV

I sat on the bed looking into Klaus's eyes. "Yes." I told him trying to sit still.

He looked at me like I was food, which of course I guess these crazy monster fools thought I was.

Did they really think they were vampires? How dumb are they? I mean really, how are you not going to jail for pretending to be a vampire and murdering innocent people?

Also kidnapping is breaking the law, so I'm pretty sure by now he would already have a life sentence, probably longer.

Now I'm starting to over think it, I would probably be in jail to for trespassing, breaking in, and practically robbing, so good job, Rain.

So two criminals, one trapped in this room, the other watching the thief with his hazel eyes.

I don't think the world would understand the suffering I'm going through. I was shaking in my own skin.

"You let him in, love?"

I heard him say, I jerked my face up to stare into his intriguing eyes.

I nodded as tears started to swell, I cried when I was under pressure. I was starting to want to run but I had no chance against him.

"Well what are we going to do with you?" Klaus said his eyes locking with mine.

"Kol and I wouldn't mind having a brotherly chat now would we? Definitely if its about you, love." The British accent said.

Wait. What? His brother is Kol? No way. Kol is way nicer than Klaus. How could they even be related?

Klaus shook his head in disbelief. "You are a quiet, mindless, empty girl you know. I would love if you figured yourself out for once." Klaus said heading towards the door hearing "Kol!" Loudly be yelled throughout the halls.

I felt quite weird, like I was setting a moment, maybe destroying one. I had one chance now. I could open the window and run.

I walked over to the window and pressed my sweaty palms against the cool glass. It felt good. I let my fingers do the work, running them over the lock hitting it quickly. My fingers dragged themselves to the bottom of the window until I heard a knock on the door.

My head snapped out of its trance and my fingers quickly locked the window and spun around letting the door open revealing Haley.
