The day still continued, the fog have gotten thicker and heavier. When the two had calmed down, they had adventured throughout the cabin and found three bedrooms along with a bathroom, two closets out in the hall, a kitchen, a pantry, and of course the living room.

Luckily enough, there was more than canned foods. There were some unopened bags of chips along with little Debbie's. The only startling part about this discovery was that they were far from expiration which meant someone had to of been here not too long ago.

The girls decided that they would only stay a night or two in the cabin, not wanting to bump into the person who came here but not wanting to skip the opportunity of sleeping in a warm safe place for the night.

Tiger yelled out from downstairs, getting the immediate attention of Weasel. Weasel sprinted out of the room she was and and skipped half the stairs, rushing into the living room where she had heard the scream.

"What's wrong, where's the danger!??" Weasel said in alarm.

A fit of laughter answered Weasel and she gaped at her best friend in front of her. Tiger was sprawled out on the floor, having the giggles and she finally got up onto her feet.

"Why did you scream?" Weasel asked, her toned quite.

"I lost my footing and fell. I panicked thinking someone was pulling me down." Tiger said as she chuckled at her mistake and accident.

Weasel started to chuckle a little with Tiger, Weasel's previous baby anger gone and replaced with exhausted joy. The two girls had been tired ever since they woke up, and the exhaustion only continued getting worse.

Weasel and Tiger agreed that after they ate and had started a small fire in the fireplace, they would retire for the day and sleep. They thought they deserved it anyways.

A bag of chips that were split almost "evenly" with the two and a family sized can of ravioli for the girls early dinner. They are silently as their eyes were seemingly doused with sleep. They quickly finished and didn't bother to take care of the mess.

The night soon rolled in fast and the two had still slept, though the exhaustion that had been on them had slowly went away into a simple sleep. The fog had slowly lifted and there were crickets who chirped. The fire still cracked and popped, protecting the cabin from the cold.

The moon was out and it had shone light through a few of the cabin windows. The moonlight had caught a figure in the house, their shadow following everything they did. The person who was inside the cabin had went up the stairs, knowing what steps to avoid.

The person soon opened the door to the room Tiger slept in, the door creaking but the figure not abruptly stopping. They only peered at her before leaving. They went to the next room which was Weasel's and repeated. The figure only examined them and the person had quickly analyzed what type of people they were.

The night progressed and soon the morning light hit Tiger right in the face. She sighed in content as the light heated her face.

"Ah~ warmth, my true soulmate." Tiger mumbled as she snuggled into the comforter even more.

But before Tiger could go into a longer rest, the door slammed open by Weasel. She looked paranoid and had quickly jumped on Tiger's bed, causing Tiger to swear multiple curse words under her breath then pushing Weasel hard.

Weasel fell and a loud thump was emitted. She barley even cared and quickly stood, her eyes jumping everywhere.

"Someone was here Tiger!" Weasel exclaimed as she waved her hands everywhere, running her mouth off a mile a minute.

"Shut up would you! I can't understand a single word that's coming out your mouth." Tiger snapped.

When Weasel went completely silent, Tiger swatted Weasel's back.

"Oh my god, your over dramatic Weasel. Explain why you said there was someone here since you decided to rudely wake me up." Tiger rolled her eyes while telling Weasel to talk.

"Okay! So I woke up this morning, right?"

"Mm-hm," Tiger hummed.

"And I was walking into the kitchen when I found a note there!" Weasel yelled.

"Hold up, for real?"

"Yes!!! Come downstairs and look for yourself!" Weasel finished before racing out the room.

Tiger slowly got up but sped it up a little, finally reaching where Weasel crouched. For sure, there was a crumbled piece of paper that had a few unknown stains on it.

The writing was messy yet still readable. There were only three words but it was still very unnerving...
