                        Five months later

Sven's pov:

Karma's now 6 months pregnant. She has a nice round belly, and she has that pregnancy glow to her. The babies
love to kick up a storm. We have an appointment to day. We get to see what we are gonna be having. Karma at first didn't want to know what we are having, but now she wants to find out. This has been going on since she was 20 weeks. One minute she wants to know then the next she doesn't. She is already up and getting ready for the appointment. I'm making breakfast just simple bacon and eggs with rye toast. She walks into the kitchen sits and I place the plate of food in front of her, and we eat. Karma has been having some pain in her stomach so when we are at the appointment I will make sure I mention it just incase. She has pregnancy brain.

S: Baby are you almost ready to leave? We can't be late.

K: Yeah, I'm ready. Let me just put my dish in the dishwasher.

S: Baby just leave it. The house keeper can grab it. We are gonna be late.

K: It will take less than two minutes to put in the dishwasher.

S: (Sigh) Okay get on with it.

Karma's POV:

I place our dishes in the dishwasher. I grab my coat and wallet and we head to the garage. We get in car and head out. About 30 minutes later we pull up to the hospital. We walk up to the clerk desk and check-in. We take a seat in the waiting room. Few minutes later we are called back to the exam room. I take a seat upon the bed. The doctor enters the room and tells me to left my shirt up over the my belly.

Doc: Okay you know the drill, the gel will be chilly. Are we going to find out the genders of these four babies?

K: Yes, for sure this time. I'm sorry I keep changing my mind all the time.

Doc: It's okay, your not the only woman who changes her mind. It is only natural. So let's dim the lights some and get started shall we.
Let's see here okay Baby A is a... boy. Baby B is also a boy. Baby C is a girl, last but not least Baby D is a..another boy. Congratulations all four look very healthy and happy. Now would we like pictures?

K: Not to sound rude but what kind of question is that? Of course we want pictures. They are our precious babies.

S: Baby, that was a rhetorical question he asked. No need to get hostile.

K: Hostile? Hostile? Is that what I am. Really? I'm done here doctor. I'm calling my dad to pick me up. I will be home tomorrow.  You just went and pist off a very pregnant woman. A mafia woman at that.

(Phone call)

K: Daddy can you please pick me up at the doctor office, at the hospital?

D: Princess what happened? But I will be there in a few.

K: I will tell you when you get me.

(End call)

I hanged up the phone. I look over and I see a very sad and pist off husband. I don't know why he is sad and pist off. He wasn't the one to be called hostile. Yeah maybe I took it a little to much to heart, but at least I will be back home tomorrow. I get a text that dad has arrived and I head to his car. Dad asked what happened so I explained everything to him. He chuckled a bit at the situation. Because the doctor asked the same thing to his first wife. And believe it or not he said the same thing to her. And she made him sleep on the couch for a week. I had a good laugh at that.

K: Dad, do you think I over reacted?

D: Well princess, not to piss you off more but maybe give him a chance to talk to you, and you to listen. Then flip you talk and he listens. This will be the only way you will both be on the same page. Oh but since I have you with me. What are my grandbabies?

K: Well there are three boys and one girl. They are healthy and happy the doctor said. And dad can you take me home instead? I'm sorry to bring you out to get me when I know you have work to take care of.

D: I can take you home. That's no problem at all. Just remember you both need to talk and listen to each other.

K: I will daddy thanks again.

Sven's POV:

What have I done? What was I thinking? I shouldn't have said that to her. Gosh I'm sorry!! I'm now at home pacing around. I know she is safe but she should be home with me her husband. I hear a car pull up and I run to the door. I look out the window and see Karma stepping out of her father's car. Now I'm hoping she stays and doesn't leave me. I can't lose her or our babies. She walks up to the door and opens the door and waves bye to her father. He waves back and drives away. The first thing I do is bring her into a hug and apologize to her for what I said. Dang and I just remembered I didn't mention the pain she has been feeling to the doctor. Ugh!!

Karma's POV:

I walk into the house, and I'm immediately brought into a hug and he apologizes to me. I then return his apology. I pull away from him as I need to use the little girls room. Man being pregnant really does make me have to go so often. Now don't get me wrong I love being pregnant but these little ones just need to stop sitting on my blatter. Haha. I know that won't happen, just being real. But I would give life for each and everyone of them if it ever came to that. My family is my world, as it should be am I right?
