I was in this tunnel of forever darkness,
But then,
Then I saw the light,
Coming at me,
Shining oh so bright,
To illuminate what had become my darkest nights.
The sorrow, the misery and the pain,
Were all replaced with joy, happiness and self-love,
It's a celebration, let's pop some pink champagne
For God as bestowed newfound happiness from above.
I've come out on the other side of the tunnel,
Out of that endless night,
I'm thankful, elated and liberated,
For finally seeing the light.
