Third POV
Elizabeth could only stand there, as she listened to everything.

He was seriously leaving?!

"B-but why didn't he just tell me head on though..?" Elizabeth sniffled.

She could feel the tears wanting to fall.

"The captain, he knew what was gonna happen yet he didn't care he really just wanted to be with you and now here we are." Diane replied

"I get it but, why couldn't he tell me at least something!" Elizabeth cried, she didn't care if her tears showed she was heartbroken.

Not that he was leaving, she was happy for him it's just why didn't he at least tell her?!

" the captain isn't one for goodbyes, he's never been one so when it came to you he couldn't bear it." King added.

All Elizabeth could do was to say excuse me, before she left.

" oh captain, we tried to warn you."

They watched her figure, feeling guilty.

After all if Meliodas wasn't gonna tell her then they could've- or at least prepped her for what was gonna come.

First period~

It was first period, Elizabeth had went to the girls bathroom and that's where she met up with a familiar pinkette.

Believe it or not, Liz actually changed, and for the better.

She ditched her "bffs" after exposing them and herself. Though people hated her for awhile, they moved on as she became more likeable, so she wasn't mean queen bee Liz, she was just Liz.

"What's wrong?" Liz asked as she looked in the mirror with a hairbrush, she turned to Elizabeth who was still by the sink, crying.

"Did someone do something wrong?" Liz asked.

"W-well I guess you could say that, more like what they didn't say." Elizabeth answered, as she rubbed her eye.

" well I'm not gonna pry into it if you don't want me too, however I am gonna say go try to talk to them, Y'know create a compromise." Liz spoke sheepishly.

Elizabeth paused, before she nodded and half smiled.

"Thank you, you've given me a great idea." Elizabeth grinned, as she hugged Liz.

A bit taken back, Liz loosened up "of course."

So Elizabeth left, as she headed to her first period.

Seeing as that class hadn't started yet, she text Meliodas.

A bit nervous, she took in a deep breath.
"Things won't work unless you try."

And soon the message was sent.

It requested for them to meet at Terra Park after school.

The same place where he confessed.

At lunch~

It been 2 hours since Elizabeth text him.

She then received two texts back.

The first one being "sure"

The second one being "I also wanted to talk to you too..."

Great. Now she was even more nervous than before, but hey at this current stage what could possibly go wrong?
