Sixteen

It's been 2 months since Toni and Cheryl got back together. They became so close to each other, closer than before. Toni doesn't want to lose Cheryl in her sight, that's why she's always with her in everywhere she go and everything she do. Cheryl was so happy because of Toni, there was never a day that she's in pain. Just plain laughter, cuddles, sweet moments, and all.

There are times that Toni will go back to Riverdale for a week or two but will immediately go back to New York for Cheryl. She never felt tired and drained, unlike before with Veronica.

Cheryl, Heather and Toni went to the hospital to check her health. Since the doctor said in her last visit that Cheryl only has 1 month to live, they wanted to check if everything is going well. The problem is, Toni doesn't know the real situation. Cheryl can't find the right timing to tell her...

Cheryl is currently waiting at the doctor's office for the result of the tests about her sickness while Toni and Heather is waiting outside for Cheryl.

"Ms. Blossom...I'm giving you a vacation, for a week and then come back here in New York to give your your LAST therapy. Go home or spend the rest of the week here in New York. It's up to you..." the doctor said and Cheryl just smiled a little.

"Thank you so much for your help" Cheryl said and stood up.

"I'm sorry" the doctor added she just nodded sadly. Before she open the door, she took a deep breath and smiled.

Toni immediately stood up when she saw Cheryl came out of the doctor's office, smiling.

"How was it???" Toni asked, feeling worried.

"I'm free to go home!!" Cheryl said and hugged Toni. Heather and Toni heard the good news and their worries suddenly became a relief.

"Quick! Let's go home so that we can already pack our things!!" Cheryl said, looking excited and pulled out from the hug. Toni froze for a second and said...

"Babe, i love seeing you this happy" Toni said and held Cheryl's cheeks with her hands and squeezed her face. Heather giggled because of what Toni did and she kinda find it cute.

"Now can we go?" Cheryl said and dragged Toni and Heather out of the hospital.

Time skip, after a day...

Cheryl, Heather and Toni are just 3 hours away from Riverdale but they just made a pit stop to a restaurant at Centerville because they are already hungry. While they're eating, Toni's phone rang again for the 7th time and she immediately went out to pick it up.

"Am i still attractive, Heather?" Cheryl asked out of nowhere while looking at Toni talking over the phone outside the restaurant.

"What? Where did that come from Cher?" Heather said and laughed.

"I think Toni is cheating on me. She's been talking to someone over the phone for like 7 times now. Is it because she's not attracted to me anymore?" Cheryl said and looked at Heather, frowning.

"Wh-" Heather couldn't finish her sentence because she just bursted out of laughter. Cheryl looked down and Heather stopped laughing and raised her chin up.

"She would never do that. Stop overthinking and just eat your pasta" Heather said and pinched her cheeks. After that, Toni went back and sat beside Cheryl.

"Sorry 'bout that. It's just an emergency at the Wyrm" Toni said and continued eating.

"Great, this girl thought that you're cheating on her because of those continuous phone calls" Heather said and pointed at Cheryl.
