Gunhak rode his horse. Dodging branches and galloping farther into the woods. He stopped when he flew out into a clearing, with a river running through it and a few trees here and there overall it was beautiful.
He dismounted his horse and was about to lead him to have a drink when he heard a high soprano voice.
"Sweet salvation, you come to me my dearest friend,
Prince of nation, his hand to me he will extend."Gunhak tied his horse to a tree. Venturing out on his own in search of the beautiful voice.
"All hope was lost, victim to the hierarchy
But then he came, and saved me from agony."Gunhak stopped when he saw a bathing woman. With long hair and an athletic yet petite form. He gasped when she lifted up a leg and starteld scrubbing aggressively. A warm blush spread from his neck up to his ears. However, try as he may, his eyes refused to look anywhere but the woman.
She swept her hair in front of her shoulder and started ringing it out as she turned to reveal the giant gash on her back.
Flashbacks to a beautiful woman with nice legs and long black hair. A victim to the filthier people of the lowerclass society. A woman he had saved a few fortnights ago, from a group of men giving into their animalistic lust.
She threw on a plain white underdress that took in some of the water giving it a slightly see through look that drove his masculine instincts crazy.
Gunhak was just about to walk out of the bushes. When he saw her reach down and pick up his cloak. She turned to face the direction of where the bushes he was hiding behind were. He gasped and hastily stepped back causing the woman to freeze.
"Hello" The beautiful woman said "Wh-who's there?" She gulped.
Gunhak could see the fear shaking her shoulders and legs.
"Don't be afraid." His deep voice rang out "I don't want to hurt you."
He tentatively walked out of the cover of the bushes. Revealing his face.
The woman gasped and fell to her knees bringing the coat behind her. "Your majesty." She said.
Gunhak smiled and walked forward onto a rock in the water. This made her look up.
"Wait let me come to you." She said making him take a step back. She looked down at the rocks catching a glimpse of her slightly see through underdress. Gasping she quickly pulled on her brown dress.
"Forgive me your majesty." She said. Bending down th put her hands on the rock. Bringing her legs to the same rock and walking on all fours. She got to the last sock, just touching the bank of the river and stood up.
Gunhak was in complete awe, he watched as her cupid bow lips stretched across white teeth and she was about to walk forward when she slipped and fell backwards.
Gunhak moved quick, scooping his arm beneath her waist and stopping her from falling in the water.
But the momentum threw him back so that he was about to fall. He turned so that they would land on the grass and he would take most of the fall.
He let out a grunt as he hit the ground with the woman on his chest. She got up immediately.
"Oh my goodness!" She said kneeling down again to see If he was ok "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have stood up until I was in the grass, oh my god I just hurt the Prince."
She put her hands on his cheeks and looked at the sides of his head. She checked his forehead with the back of her hand.
All while the Prince just stared at her eyes. Those honey eyes that shined like polished gold.
"What's your name?" His deep voice husky and strong.
The woman stopped inspecting him and stared right back into his eyes.
"Young Mi" she said. Pulling him up to his feet.
"Well Young Mi" Gunhak said "You can call me Gunhak, and I believe we have met before."
"Yes" she said hastily "And we meet again"
"Are you alright?" Gunhak said looking sincerely into her eyes and softening his gaze as she looked away and shivered.
"Almost," she said "I think, goodness, I don't know!" She said as she massaged her temples.
Suddenly she looked up am with wide eyes. "Wait" she said as she snapped her head towards Gunhak "Did you watch me bathe?"
Gunhak looked down in shame. "Yes but-."
He was cut off by a painful slap. Thrown so hard that his head snapped back.
Young Mi walked a ways farther away from the river then ran at full speed and leapt across.
Gunhak could do nothing but stare.
She picked up his coat and threw it to his face. By the time he pulled it down from his head she was walking through the trees.
Gunhak turned around. And walked off impressed that she threw a decent slap. The ones he had gotten by the brides he'd insulted were all pretty pathetic.
"That was actually kind of attractive" he said as he walked back to his horse.
