Hmp. I told you no call na. Baka mag-all nighter ka na naman tonight just to accommodate me tomorrow.

Harry: 
(Chuckles) Hindi. I'm just calling to prove that we can do a short call.

Jia:
Are you sure?

Harry:
I know how to make a quick phone call. I'm not just up to it. Kasi 'pag narinig na kita... gugustuhin ko nang marinig ka pa nang mas matagal. Kausapin ka pa nang mas matagal. Kulitin ka hangga't puwede. Lambingin ka hangga't puwede. (Pause) I know how to shorten a conversation. I just prefer not to. Not with you. 

(Silence)

Harry:
Are you there? (Laughs softly)

Jia:
Of course, I'm here. I'm just... speechless.

Harry:
I just call to prove a point, to hear your voice, and to say goodnight. Ikaw? Bakit ka sumagot, bukod sa sabi ko?

Jia:
Because I want to hear your voice and I want to say goodnight. Also because I love you.

Harry:
Naks. Diyan humahaba ang pangungulit ko, eh. (Laughs) I should go back inside the lab. Goodnight, Jianna.

Jia:
Goodnight, baby. Get some rest tonight. 

Harry:
(Chuckles) May naiisip akong pangungulit pero bukas na lang. Hang up na, baby. 

Jia:
Love you.
