Baby,
I've been eating lunch with your cousin for three days in a row. I've been meaning to ask her about you but I couldn't.
How should I ask her? We had a kind of a not so nice start. I'm her superior in research and lately, I am a little... different from how I'm used to be.
Maybe I'm afraid to hear her speak about you in past tense, too.
I'll try to make her at ease (a little), so I could ask about you tomorrow.
