Dear Ms. Arcenas,
We regret to inform you that due to the recent site and project developments that will push through for Project Stem-CHD supervised by Dr. Harry Lastimosa, you will be temporarily relieved from the job as one of his research assistant.
Site development, new project procedures, and laboratory upgrades are expected to be completed in three to six months, during which, you will be contacted again for further discussions of your employment.
Rest assured that during the period of a floating status, you will duly receive regular compensation and benefits.
Your status will be further discussed later today, 05:00 P.M., Galaxy room 4, at the conference meeting for the developments for Project Stem-CHD.
