I woke up at about 8 and left Tori in my bed sleep. I stopped by Starbucks and got Jada and me a coffee and made a few phone calls before I arrived at Jada's studio. I walked in and found my way back to her office, where I found her on the phone. I handed her the coffee and sat in the chair across from her. She finally got off the phone and just dropped her head down on her desk. I walked over behind her and started rubbing her shoulders.

"What's wrong babe?"

"What isn't wrong? I have to find three more waiters for the party, I still haven't found a DJ, and the venue I booked may not be ready by next week," she stated, dropping her head back down on her desk.

"Babe I told you I would help you, and that is why I am here. Stop stressing yourself. Sit back and relax, mama is here to save the day.

I grabbed my phone and called Diamond and got a few numbers. I called those numbers and got everything settled with some waiters. I called a friend to get a better venue booked for half the price that she was going to pay and I found a great DJ for her event. I don't know why she always worried about stuff. She knows that when it comes to getting something done at the last minute, I'm the person to get it done. After I got off the phone, I sat there looking at her.

"Well" she asked me anxiously?

"Well what?"

"Did you get it done?"

"Why must you ask? You know when I say I am going to get something done, it gets done" I said smiling.

"Thanks babe," she said walking over to me with the biggest grin on her face.

"No problem. Now can I steal you away for a little while or is your schedule too busy?"

"I have a photo shoot in two hours, but I am all yours until then."

"Good, let's go I'm hungry."

We left her office and made it to my favorite restaurant in time for brunch. I enjoyed every minute of our time together, the only crazy thing it that I could not get Brittany off of my mind. It was just something about her that made me crazy. She is so damn fine, smart, and funny. Although Jada had those same traits, there was something that made me feen for her. Maybe it was the fact that I could not have her that made me want her so bad. Maybe once I got her this feeling would go away. But for what it's worth I didn't let that ruin my time with Jada. I don't even think she noticed the few times I drifted off into the wonderful thoughts I had about getting Brittany into my bed.

When I left Jada's office, I decided to go shopping. I figured a little retail therapy would help take my mind of Brittany. I called Diamond to meet me at the mall and decided to have a girl's day out. The entire time we were shopping she talked about this guy that tried to hit on her while she was at the gym and the girl that she gave her number to in her building. I had to admit, her life was more exciting than mine and I was a little jealous of her. She was living my dream single life; she didn't have to worry about no one's feelings, she could make any move she wanted without answering to any one, and she could have her space when she needed it without the possibility of someone invading it. I could do that, but I didn't want to hurt Jada's feelings.

"Jay?"

"Huh?"

"Were you listening to me?"

"I heard you."

"What I say then?"

"Ok, I wasn't listening. I'm sorry; my head is in another world."

"What is going on?"
