Chapter Twenty: Lemonade

Jack comes back with some lemonade.

"Thank you Jack." Jaylin says.

Jack nods.

Jaylin then picks up two glasses of lemonade and hands me one.

"No funny movements or you'll be punished." He tells me simply.

I snatched the glass and take a sip.

He smiles ignoring me.

"So are you close to Nathan?" He asks.

"Why does that matter?" I answer him.

"It doesn't. It just seems that you two are," He tells me, "How about your brother? You two getting along now a days?"

"Perhaps." I answer.

He nods.

I finish my lemonade and set it down gently. What exactly am I supposed to do here?

Nathan's pov

I go back to my house scared to know what was going on and where Raven was. Once I get to my house I tell my parents everything what had happened and called Ravens phone a couple of times. No answer.

I shift into a werewolf and run back to her house careful not to be seen by anybody.

I sniff around and pick up a mans sent and follow it.

I'm going to find her.

Ravens pov

I look around.

"What exactly do you want from me again?" I ask him.

"What do you mean?" He had asked.

"You captured me for a reason right? You have been watching me, So what do you want?" I say.

He shrugs and gives me a smile.

If only he knew how much I wanted to punch his face.

"Look if you don't have a freaking reason to have me here then I believe that there's no reason for me to be stuck here like this!" I yell at him.

He laughs, "Your not exactly stuck."

"Kinda am." I mumble but he doesn't answer me.

"What was that?" He says looking at me.

I look back at him, "Nothing. Just, May I go to the bathroom? Or is that just not allowed?"

"It's allowed." He said.

"I'm suprised," I tell him, "Where is it?"

"Down the hall to the bottom right. Jack will show you the way in case you happen to get lost some how." He says making a hand movement for Jack to follow me.

I roll my eyes.

Jack walks over to me ready to show me the way and I get up and follow him down the hall to the bathroom. Once we get in there I refresh myself and splash some cold water on my face to wake me up a little. God. How did I end up in this mess?

Nathens pov

I follow the mans scent until I can no longer smell it in the woods any longer. I run around until I run into a house. Thats when I realized that this house, Is on another wolfs property. I'm going to have to be careful. I could accidently start a war or something if I don't.

A twig snaps in the distance before I can move toward the building and find out if Raven is in there or if that man has already moved her. I move back farther away from where the twig had snapped and where the building is hoping that no one wouldn't be able to see me. Sniffing the air again I become teriffied. Theres more then one wolf here. This isn't one wolfs property this is a packs. I look around me carefuly.

Ravens pov

I walk back down the wall to Jaylin with Jack walking behind me slowly. He seems alert like hes ready for anything to happen. I shiver.

Nathan's pov

I become alert. How do they know about Raven? And why start a war with us? Our pack hasn't been in any wars or fights for a long time. Not since the last war twenty years ago. But we had to do something for them to do this. There's no other reason why they would start a war with us.

I look behind me again hearing someone coming. Who is that?
I growl to warn them. Trying to tell them that they don't want to start a fight with me. But that didn't help. A large brown wolf jumped up on me. I growled and throw it off of me. We slowly circled each other. He jumped at me again trying to bite my neck to kill me but I bite its stomach down hard making the wolf whine.

I don't let the wolf go keeping my teeth in its stomach. I press down harder making the wolf cry out in pain. It hits me in the face making me let him go.

He growls at me ignoring the pain I caused in its stomach.

I growl back attacking it again but another wolf jumps at me from behind startling me making me hit the ground. The new wolf bites me and claws me making me cry out in anger pissed off at this wolves pack for what they did.

But unlike the other wolf this wolf looks different. This one is black with some white spots here and there. I can easily tell that the two wolfs are not related. Unless if they are mates. Yes, Boy wolfs can mate with boy wolfs. Being mated would mean that you are related a little bit.

"You crossed the line wolf." He growls at me warning me about what I did.

"I know, But you have something that belongs to me." I answer baring my teeth at him.

The wolf gives me a look mainly saying to prove it before it attacks me. I jump at it too biting its neck. It claws my face making me fly into a tree. I get up and shake my fur.

"You're not half bad little wolf." He says

I growl jumping at him. My claw connects with his face making it bleed. He cries out in pain and howls letting the rest of the pack know that there is an intruder.

Shit.

I sniff the air trying to figure out which way to go but before I leave I'm surrounded.
