Nathan's pov

I run to where we had decided to meet up for the meeting for the whole groups. Its finally going to be time to get Raven soon.

The first thing that we are doing as soon as we meet up is practicing fighting  We have to pretend the other wolf we are fighting is our enemy

One of the other pack leaders picks me and another wolf to fight against each other.

I look at the wolf trying to remain my cool and try to imagine another reason why I would be practicing fighting.

The wolf growls at me and pounces landing on me. I was able to keep my cool for about five minutes before I bite down hard into the wolf pretending it was the guy who had stolen my Raven away from me.

"Enough." Said one of my ally's another pact leader commands.

I stop and quickly transform out of my wolf form into a human. I was going to far and I need to calm down. I need to save my strength to the real fight. It's been the second day now that she has been taken but it feels like forever now.

"You are already ready. You don't need to train anymore." Josh says to me with concern.

I look at him and am about to reply when he shakes his head at me.

"I know." He says. "I know she's your mate okay? But, you need to take it back a notch."

"How about a few notches?" Annette cuts in.

I sigh.

"Yeah.. You guys are right." I say. "Sorry."

"Hey! Don't say sorry I don't need everyone to think that the future pack leader is all soft. That wouldn't be so good in fights." Josh said with a smile towards me.

I smile back and nod.

"Glad you guys are fine." Says one of the ally pack leaders coming up from behind me. "I sure was worried." He turns to the wolf I had bit down on. "Are you okay?" He asks.

The wolf transforms into his human form and laughs.

"Yeah. Sharp teeth your pack has been fighting good hasn't it?" He asked.

I smile.

"Yeah we have." I say helping him up to his feet.

He gives me a smile smile before brushing himself off.

"You have had enough practice." Said a different leader who was helping.

"Yeah.. Sorry about that." I say again getting a little embarrassed that I had snapped like that.

"Its fine," He said, "Just go take a break. You don't need to practice like these other wolfs do. You know some of them haven't even been in a real fight before."

"Yeah. Sure," I say, "I'll go sit."

I look at Josh and smile giving him a gesture that its his turn to practice fighting and to take it easy on his partner.

Josh rolls his eyes at me and he goes into the clearing waiting for his partner to step up and fight him. I was surprised to see that his partner was a girl. She stepped up with a small smile on her face not scared at all of Josh. Like she knew that she wouldn't get hurt by him.

Josh smirked a little and transformed. The girl did the same.

Her wolf was grey with white streaks here in there.

She looked so fragile.

They started circling each other trying to pin point each others weaknesses.
