Now I'm panicking, because I have two house guests and no rooms for them. Plus I've never hosted to anyone, let alone let them live with me for a day. So what do I do now?

I watch as they inspect of my cottage, nodding to each other like they're confirming I'm guilty of a murder. My anxiety is reaching sky-high points, and I feel like I could pass out any second now.

"It's a really nice place," Ink finally tells me.

"Thanks," I murmur back nervously. 'Uh...lemme go get your rooms ready, you can hang out down here for a bit."

Ink and Fell nod, and I sprint upstairs and helplessly think of where they can stay. My bedroom is off limits, but there is one guest room, and someone can take the bonus room. Since the guest room is always clean and neat, I lazily grab a blanket and throw it over the bonus room couch. Good enough.

"Hey, you can pick your rooms now," I call as I trot down the stairs. "There's the guest room and the bonus room."

"Thank you!" Ink cries as he begins to skip upstairs. But when Fell walks past me, he just glares and storms upstairs. How polite and kind of him, right?

I trail them, and find Ink peering around the guest room, and when I look into the bonus room, Fell is already slumped on the couch. Guess that's settled, then.

"I'll start lunch," I call from the hallway. "Yeah."

"Okay!" Ink yelps back cheerfully, and when I walk back downstairs, there's a lightness in my heart.
