I was doing a big cleaning in my apartement, with Alice Cooper's songs blasting through the speakers. I plugged in the hoover and was about to turn it on when I heard a loud knock on my door, I dropped the hoover and went to the door. When I opened I was greeted by a man looking in his 50, blond hair neatly combed in the back, he wore black glasses, a plain black shirt blue jeans and black boots and with that a very closed expression. "Excuse me but can you turn off the shit that you call music off please" he said bluntly on a very low voice. What a gentle man! I thought sarcastically "Hello sir, I am sorry, I will lower the volume" I said smiling, I kept it calm because it was the first time I met him since he moved in last week, okay I'm in fault because of the music but that doesn't excuse the way he talked. But at least let's try to be polite. "Do you want to get in for a coffee?" I asked politely, maybe he had a rough day of work and he's just tired and gets cold after all. "Why not" he said stepping in and looking around. I directly went to stop the music and invited him to follow me in the kitchen. "so what's your name?" he asked curiously. "Jenna and you?" I said putting the coffee in the filter and filled up the water compartment then let the machine do. "James Bulger" he said. I drank more of my coffee, trying to examine him morally. He has a very cold yet poke face but it may hide a kind-hearted man inside, it was really hard to determine. "Do you live alone?" I asked out of a sudden. He finished his coffee and put the cup back on the table and he then started to play with his fingertips against the table, "I live alone, I may need time to live alone" he simply said, I nodded. "Does your husband work?" he asked, I looked at him surprisely then smiled. "Yes he's the manager of garage, he's in mechanics" I said then finished my coffee as well. "Good" he said getting up and got in front of me. We gazed in each other's eyes in a strong deep stare, we both just couldn't stop, and got like hypnotized.
