If you wait for the chance, you could wait forever, but if you try too soon you could ruin forever.
I hope the stars still shine like they once did. Back when life seemed simple as it could be for a Saturday morning without any homework.
I hope you come realize life isn't what it seems, and your eyes only light up for someone that you haven't even met yet, so don't cry too hard over the boys who hurt you.
Listen to that favorite band of yours, fall in love at the drop of a hat for someone who doesn't even like you and don't let anyone tell you who to be. Because pretty soon you'll become someone you don't like very much at all. And it will take meeting a boy who challenges everything you thought you knew to change. Don't be too hard on yourself, they're called growing pains for a reason.
