I studied myself in the mirror. What happens when I walk down that isle today? Oh right, I marry Sam.

"You ready?" Em asked me from behind, straightening my dress in the back. I nodded and she handed me the flowers. Jay was walking me down the isle since my own dad couldn't. Em walked out first to get with my other bridesmaids and thy began to walk down the isle in single file.

"You look great, your parents would be proud." Jay said as I locked my arm with his.

"Do you-"

"Do I think they're here? Oh without a doubt, front row. Center. You know they wouldn't miss this alive or not." I smiled and took a deep breath.

This is what I've wanted for  so long. Samuel has become not only the love of my life, but my whole life.

'Here Comes the Bride' began playing and I started walking in sync with Jay. The isle seemed endless, probably because I longed to get to the end where Sam stood.

"Who gives this woman to this man?" The pastor spoke, after I took my spot next to Sammy. Jay and Nikki stood.

"We do."

"And who gives this man to this woman?" Lori and David stood.

"We do."

"Well now that we have that settle, how about the vows?" He asked and Sam nodded, taking my hands in his an looking me in the eyes.

"Kayla. From the first day I met you, I knew you were stubborn, I knew you were broken. Yet somehow I just put those aside. I put them aside because I wanted to start fresh, and if I couldn't do that, I wan't to fix you. Mend your broken heart and make you see the beauty in everything. Just like how I see you. I can't thank you enough for saying yes, and putting up with  me. I love you. I love you so much." He said, his thumb wiping the few tears that fell from my eyes.

"Sam. I knew something was different with you. You didn't focus on my flaws, only my strengths. I see every little thing you do in joy. You make me smile, laugh, and cry. But you helped me realize it's okay to cry." I took a deep breathe. "You helped me know that it's okay to get over things, it doesn't mean you forgot it. I love you."

"And with that, you may kiss your bride." The pastor spoke and Sam cupped my face, and tenderly kissed my lips ever so softly.

"And now we party!" Gilinsky yelled from beside Sam. I smiled and Sam and I walked out of the room, and thanked people for coming. The reception was being held at the theatre in downtown Omaha, just 10 minutes from where we got hitched.

"Want anything to eat?" Jack asked coming off the dance floor where all the guys were partying with Sam and some family.

"No... I'm not hungry. I kind of have a headache." I said.

"I'll go get you some water if-"

"No thanks... I'm fine." I said and he nodded slowly, walking back to the guys.

This was my night.

I got up off my chair and followed him to where everyone was living life.
