"But it was just a kiss right?" He asked. She started bouncing her knee up and down. She felt her whole body heat up.

"Um. I need to talk to him. This is... wow ok." She said. She folded her hands in her lap.

"Uh. Areum its not a big deal, its just a dumb kiss." He said. She let out a frustrated groan.

"He's the first guy I've kissed since- no, nevermind." She said. Mark sat there watching her have the worlds calmest panic attack.

"A-are you ok?" He said. She put her bowl of ramen down.

"C-can you drive me over to your house, please? I need to talk to him." She said. Mark's shoulders slumped.

"Cutting our time together short?" He joked. She looked into his eyes and smiled.

"Raincheck? And maybe a real date, this time. I can plan it." She said. He shrugged.

"This was a real date. It doesn't have to be fancy. Just you and I, spending time together." He said. He put his bowl of ramen in the sink before picking up his keys. She smiled. She went into her room to change back into the clothes she was wearing before. She put her shoes on and they both walked out of her house.

"Come in." Haechan said from inside his room. She slowly walked in to see Haechan shirtless, laying down with sweatpants on his bed. He saw her walk in and immediately threw on a shirt.

"H-hey what are you doing here?" He asked, sitting up on his bed. She giggled because it was funny to see him so flustered.

"I just came to talk." She said. He scratched the back of his neck.

"Oh. You mean about the-" He said. She nodded her head. She fiddled with the locket that Haechan gave her. He smiled.

"What about it?" He said. She sat down next to him.

"Your the first guy I have kissed since..." She said. He widened his eyes.

"Oh. Wow. I-im sorry i didn't know." He said. She shook her head.

"No. It's fine.." She said. A small blush appeared over his cheeks when they're eyes met. They sat in silence for a while.

"So what does this do to us?" She asked. Haechan shrugged.

"Nothing. You're still getting married, and I'm still single. I think it's better for both of us to just forget about it." He said. She sighed.

"I guess. It was a nice kiss." She said. Haechan nodded in agreement.

"Mhmm that's no joke. It's one of the best kisses I've had." He said. She laughed.

"It was better than my first kiss." She said. He raised his eyebrows.

"Wasn't Jeno your first kiss?" He asked. She pursed her lips.

"Ok technically yes but in reality, no because he was just my practice test. I kissed Jeno so I could be ready for when Aiden was going to kiss me," She said. He laughed.

"Well was he a good kisser?"

"Who Jeno or Aiden?"

"Jeno"

"Hell yeah he was a good kisser. Jeno is one of the best kissers I've ever kissed." She said. He shook his head.

"I practice kissing on my best friend so that I could impress my crush." She said. Haechan laughed.

"Remember when I would come to visit. When our school was on break here in Korea, so I came to America to visit you? You wouldn't stop talking about Aiden." He said. She chuckled.
