Luke's And Sydney's Birthday

 I can't believe how fast this week has gone. Luke and dad are at the playground working on the cook out while mom and I are getting last minute things done.

   "I never asked you how your night with Luke went." Mom asked looking at me.

   "It went really good. Luke asked me to move in with him and I said yes. We are going to be looking for a house this weekend and before you judge, I really love him and he loves me. I can see myself marrying him and having a future together." I told her in a rush.

   "I'm happy that you found someone who loves you and takes care of them kids. Famous or not he is a good person and I love how he treats you and the kids." Mom said giving me a hug.

   "I am too. I know for a fact that I never felt this way about there daddy." I told her.

   "What are you girls talking about?" Luke asked as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

   "Nothing, just girl things." I told him, giving him a kiss on the check.

   "Well, fine then. I'll just go back outside with the kids." He said with a pout on his lips.

   "aww. I'm sorry baby." I said, kissing his lips.

   "If you two loves birds will excuse me, I will be outside with the kids." Mom said taking to trays with her.

   "What were you two talking about?" Luke asked again.

   "I just told mom how you asked me to move in with you. I told her I said yes and that I really love you." I said kissing him again.

    "I'm taking it that she was okay with it?"

    "Yes." I said kissing him again, I can't get enough of his lips. I could kiss them all day. "The birthday party is over at three and mom offered to watch the kids again, so we can enjoy your birthday alone."

    "I'm liking where this is going." He kissed me harder.

    "I'm liking it too." I was about to kiss him when the door opened up.

    "Are you two still at it?" Mom asked grabbing more stuff.

    "Help us with the rest?" I asked Luke.

    "Sure, Darlin'." We got everything outside and started the birthday. We had hamburgers and hot dogs. The kids were running around hyper after cake and ice cream. Sydney got a lot of stuff for her birthday and she was happy.

    "They should settle down from this sugar high soon." I told mom.

    "What do you have planned for tonight?" Mom asked as we sat by ourselves. Dad and Luke were playing on the playground with the kids.

    "Just us two." I said with my check turning pink.
 
     "Honey, don't blush! Your twenty three, it's normal to be having sex with your boyfriend." Mom said like it was no big deal.

     "Mother!" I said blushing more.
 
     "You two have done it, right?"

     "Mom, how can you ask stuff like that?" I'm beat red in the face and shocked that my mother is talking to me about sex like its no big deal.

     "I'm your mom and you need someone to talk to about this stuff."

     "No we haven't gone all the way yet."

    "What stopped you the other night?" She asked

    "I don't know I thought we were going to but all her did was pleasure me. That's it."

    "He didn't want anything in return?" She asked shocked.

    "Nope, all he said was that its late and we have work tomorrow, and that I need my sleep."

   "Keep him! He's a keeper and tonight make him want you."

   "Okay, can we please stop talking about sex right now." I begged

   "Fine." she said laughing. The kids played for another two hours before they started getting tired. We took them up stairs and gave them a bath and put them in the living room to watch movies.  "Why don't you two go ahead and go have your night." Mom said pushing us out the door. 

   "What do you have planned for tonight?" Luke asked taking me hand.

   "It's a surprise." I told him leading him to his apartment. "You is we had one place this would be so much easier."

   "I know, we will have our own place soon." He said kissing my head. "Can you tell me now?"

   "You are going to have to wait." I said
