Just a reminder that that's what Ellie looks like (in the media box)😊

Just a moment of appreciation for Evan Peters please😍

Jai's POV

Ellie smiled, looking down. Her bright blue eyes had a saddened look, her smile, as I remembered it, was weak and her blonde hair was cut only a little bit shorter. Her cheeks had a rosy tint and her fair skin looked soft.

"How did you forget me?" She asked with hurt in her voice.

I realised that I sounded so shocked when she revealed who she was. I did remember, I just needed reassurance.

"I didn't forget you Ellie, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't dreaming. You're still beautiful by the way."

She laughed a little.

"Thanks Jai, you've still got your charm." She smirked.

I looked down, and we were in silence for a few minutes.

"I don't judge you Jai." She said quietly out of nowhere.

"Why don't you? I did a bad thing. I'm sick Ellie, we both know it." I spat, not because I was angry with her, but I was angry with myself.

"Jai you're not sick, you did it to protect me!" She demanded.

"I skinned them alive Ellie. I'm fucked up so don't try and deny it."

She looked around the room, avoiding eye contact with me.

She sat down on the dirty floor outside my room cell.

"Jai?" She asked.

I looked up as if to let her speak.

"What happened to Candy on that night?" She asked sternly.

"Nothing." I murmured. No way in hell was she knowing.

"Jai tell me."

"No."

"Jai!"

"NO!" I shouted.

She jumped, startled.

We both stayed silent for a while, before I spoke.

"Ellie, I love you. I've been in here for two years and I'm going insane. Insane Ellie! No one will speak to me here, they're all too afraid I will skin them or something. I need you. You're the only one who understands me. No one here is normal. Please. Help me get out of here. Ellie please!" I begged through near tears, trying to be strong but I just couldn't.

Ellie sighed and just looked at me with wide eyes.

"Jai, it's been two years. I'm just shocked, confused, angry, upset and everything else. I just need time to think, ok?" She rested her head against the cold metal, gripping the chipped white bars, her blue eyes closing shut.

"Sure." I whispered through a croak in my voice.

"Goodbye Jai." She stood up, dusted off her jeans

"Don't make it too long Ellie, I need you."

She shot me a weak smile and walked away.

I don't know what's going on. Are we still dating? No, of course not. She wouldn't date a psycho. Plus it's been 2 years, she has probably found someone else. But why did she come to see me? I don't know, I need to ask her when she next comes. If she comes.

Did you like the first chapter? It was quite short but I'm taking it slow to start with. Thanks for reading😊
