VanderVall Academy- Monday 13th November,2017- 1.02 pm
Class had ended allowing students to head to the great hall for something to eat but No one expected to come out their class to a headless body in the middle of the corridor. Students begin to circle around Professor Thornton's body in shock with some even screaming at the sight.
"What's going on?" Peyton Ogden asked wanting to get to lunch as she approaches the crowd
"Ugh, would every body just move" Marly demands as she pushes her way through everyone, she turns her head and spots the body laying there. "Oh my god" Marly states in shock, She holds her hand up to her mouth then runs to the nearest bin to be sick.
Vice Principle Grey Tanner and Justin walk towards the large crowd after hearing about a commotion.
" I wonder who is fighting today" Greg tells Justin expecting it to be two boys messing around with each other.
" We are about to find out" Justin responds as they move closer to crowd but soon smells death in the air.
"Principal VanderVall, He's dead " A girl tells them then runs away in shock at the sight.
Greg and Justin look at each other worried at what the girl just said and look around at the shock on the students faces.
"Move, Everybody get out of the way " Greg Tanner instructs the students as him and Justin make their way through the crowd.
The students move out Greg and Justin's way allowing them to see Professor Thornton's body laying there.
"Greg, get the students out of here" Justin orders him
Greg moves away from the body and looks at the students.
"Everybody get to the great hall now" Greg orders them not wanting them to see or hear anymore.
The students still stand there chatting amongst themselves about what could have happened.
"Everybody get to the great hall now! " Greg shouts at them in a scary manner not wanting them to see any of this. The students look at him startled then hurry away.
"How did this happen?" Justin asks Greg trying to figure out what went on
" I was just about to ask you the same question " Greg shares with him
" This is going to spread like wild fire around the school, There will be lots of questions. We have to figure out what went down." Justin reminds him "Minister Isaac's here, this isn't good"
"But first we need to get his body out of here" Greg suggests to him looking around just waiting for the next student to appear round the corner.
Kathryn's Chambers - 1.35pm
Kathryn is sitting up on her bed looking tired and drained of all energy. She looks over to Nurse Glaydes who was in the corner falling asleep.
"You should go to your bed" Kathryn suggests to her as she tries to keep her eyes open.
"No, I should stay here with you" Nurse Glaydes refuses shaking her head believing she is better off with Kathryn.
"You have been here long enough. I appreciate everything you are doing for me but you need to look after yourself too." Kathryn points out to her feeling guilty about the fact she is neglecting her own needs.
