Luke had lain out across the couch again, and so I figured I’d join the other boys on the floor. ‘Don’t be ridiculous, love,’ Luke said, closing a hand around my wrist. ‘You’ll be uncomfortable on the floor.’ He added. ‘I can move over, come sit with me.’ He insisted. ‘I’m a gymnast,’ I reminded him, ‘the floor isn’t a problem for me.’ Luke slid up the couch and patted the now vacant space next to him expectantly anyway, as if I hadn’t spoken a word. He didn’t give me much time to respond before he snapped his fingers at Calum and pointed to me. With a mischievous laugh Cal shoved me into the lounge, Luke jumped on me in the same second I hit the furniture before he began tickling me relentlessly.
Before long I was crying of laughter and desperately begging Luke for mercy. ‘If I stop tickling you, will you sit with me?’ He asked with his amazing half smile. I bit my lip and grinned up at him in response before nodding as I felt myself turning slightly pink. ‘Promise?’ He enquired innocently, batting his eyelashes at me. I giggled and slowly reached up to gently brush a stray lash from his cheek before nodding again. Luke chuckled, settled back on his knees, gently pulled me up with him, and shuffled around so that we would both be comfortable.
Over the next hour or so the five of us just chatted easily together and ate Pizza.
