Ryn Pov
" They're right. We have to kill it. I want to kill it." We all turn to see Will's mom
"Me, too," Hopper said as he walked up to her
"I--" she said
"Me, too, Joyce, okay? But how do we do that? We don't exactly know what we're dealing with here." he said
"No. But he does. If anyone knows how to destroy this thing, it's Will. He's connected to it. He'll know its weakness." Mike explained
"I thought we couldn't trust him anymore. That he's a spy for the mind flayer now." Max questioned,
"Yeah, but he can't say if he doesn't know where he is," he said, as both of Hopper and Mike went outside. I followed them outside as Hopper open a door to a small shed.
"Yeah, this'll work," he said, as we began to throw everything outside. I picked up some boxes and throw them outside. As I did I saw Hopper looking at me but I ignored him
"Ryn, I wanted to apologize for my partner shotting you," he said, I picked up a metal pipe as I turn to him.
"And also for separating you and El", he whispered, as he placed his hand on my shoulder
"You don't have to apologize it was my own fault, I let my emotions get the best of me," I said, I walked out and saw Steve with Nancy covering the walls with some mantels. Steve saw me and smiled.
"Ryn, you alright," he asked, I nodded and went back inside once Hopper was gone.
"Hey. What you did, um, helping the kids... that was... really cool." Nancy said, I felt Steve mood change once she started talking to him,
"Yeah. Those little shits are real trouble, you know?" he said, as he climbed the latter to place staples on the wall.
"Believe me, I know," she said, she turns to me and smiles
" What about you Ryn, ever had to deal with kids," she asked, I scoffed at this and turn to her
"No, we never found younger kids like us " I said, remembering how Alpha tell stories about his times in the lab
" Why not?" Steve asked,
"Steve" Nancy scolded, I let out a sigh
" Well not many of use survived the experiments, if we did they would isolate us and do more testing it was a horrible experience," I said,
" What they did to you wasn't right," Nancy said, as she came over and gave me a hug,
Soon everyone came to help make the shed unrecognizable. After all, it was done we all went back inside the house except for Mike, Hopper, Joyce, and Jonathan. We all waited for them to come back inside.
