It was black, pitch black.
Not a single thing could be seen, Ink wanted to be frightened but he couldn't be. Once again he was faced with the fact he had no emotion.
He had absolutely no idea where he was, then again there was nothing he could see to have an idea.
A white light appeared in front of him, it was in a shape of a circle, it danced from side to side
Whispers soared the air as the light danced, Ink stared at it.
The darkness was then transformed into light, Ink was now in a room of different colors.
Millions upon millions of paper hung from strings, though they weren't Error's strings.
Ink looked over at one, it glowed a faint red, words that read 'underfell' were inscripted on it. Another one read, 'underswap'.
Ink glanced over at the white glowing ball that was still whispering, he then heard what it was saying.
'Take it. It is yours to keep', Ink stared as a soul was presented to him.
It glowed a faint rainbow, this was a soul that Ink knew all too well.
He reached for it though before he could grab it, it dissapeared.
The light then transformed into whom he hated the most, his opponent was more weakened though he still wore a sly smile.
Inks gaze shifted to a unmoving body that was held in the arms of his rival.
The body was twisted, mangled, it looked like a scene out of a horror movie.
This was his friend. His twisted, mangled, dead friend.

Ink shot up from where he laid, beads of sweat were formed on the back of his neck.
He exhaled and stared at the empty space next to him, feeling more lonely.
Ink summoned his soul, just to make sure it was still there.
Ink unwrapped the blanket that was twisted around his body and swung his legs over the edge of the bed.
Ink yawned as he stood up, stretching his bones earning relieving pops.
He then walked over to his door, opening it slowly, with caution.
After he saw that everything was clear he walked down the hall, stopping at another door that was decorated with stickers.
He silently opened the door and peered into the room, satisfied when he saw two sleeping skeletons.
Ink shut the door and sat down on the floor, resting his skull against the wall.
He sighed and looked up at the ceiling, noticing a small crack that ran across stopping at another door.
Ink smiled to himself and fell asleep, hoping that life would soon get better.
