"Damnit I didn't mean to do that." Palette looked over at a breathless Shino, "how can you not mean to make someone unconscious?" Shino glared at him, "there are many ways you can not mean to make someone unconscious. Just help me get these two out of the way." She pointed at the limp figures on the ground. Palette sighed, "you really need to be careful." Shino shrugged, "hey it's better than the endless questioms."
Palette frowned, "I guess so, where do we put them?" Shino bit her 'lip', "do you know where thier room is?" Palette shook his skull in denial, "no I don't..."
"I do." Both turned around to see Yang leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. Ying appeared beside him, "heh, sorry Shino, we kinda caught on to what you were hiding. No hard feelings right?" Shino groaned, "at this rate everyones going to know!" Ying frowned, "oh gosh! We're sorry, we didn't mean to find out its just that-" Shino cut him off, "it's fine, no need to freak out, wheres their room again?"
Yang stood straight and pointed to a door, "it's the one right over there." Shino sighed, "that's so far!" Yang rolled his eyelight and suddenly Incubux was floating in the air, "I thought you were supposed to be the powerful one." Shino glared at him, "in this little body magic drains me quicker so I don't normally use it." Yang smirked, "excuses, excuses."
Ying elbowed Yang, "stop it!" There was a sudden thud and a squeak. They turned to see Palette looking down at Noah, "oops...that's going to hurt.." Yang sighed, "can we hurry up? If we go any slower the adults will be back" Shino nodded, "yeah..."
The four then began to walk quietly down the hallway towards the bedroom Incubux and Noah shared. Yang sighed as they reached the door and opened it, "welp this was boring. How's bout we spy on that guy whos still staring at the wall downstairs?" Ying gave his twin a confused look, "how do you know that?" Yang just shrugged and dropped Incubux on his bed.
After Noah and Incubux had been safely returned they exited to room and stood in the hallway. Yang crossed his arms, "so we gonna spy on the new guy or what?" Shino glared at him, "the new guy happens to be a mass murderer a bunch of kids like you guys shouldn't be around him." Yang scoffed, "like your one to talk. I saw you earlier, is it that hard to fight off someone in chains?"
Shino groaned, "you never give up!" Ying giggled, "no he doesn't, come on! I'm kinda curious now that you said hes a mass murderer!" Ying grabbed Yang's arm and began to drag him down the hallway towards the staircase. Shino huffed and looked over at Palette who was looking down at the ground with a nervous expression, "are you coming? I need to make sure those two dont bite off more than they can chew."
Palette smiled nervously at her, "yeah..I'll come..." Shino stared at him, "somethings bothering you." Palette seemed surprised but denied it. Shino shrugged and ran after Ying and Yang, Palette followed shortly behind her.
They found Ying and Yang peering in the living room trying to be discreet. Yang noticed Shino and smirked, "curious about what we were doing huh?" His whispered to her. Shino rolled her eye and looked into the living room as well. Color was there, still staring at the wall. Just this time he was mumbling to himself.
Ying's eyes were filled with curiosity, "what do you supposed hes saying?" Yang squinted as if that would do his hearing any good, "I have no idea..."
The twins suddenly jolted back in surprise and hid. Shino looked at them, "what? Did you figure out what he was saying?" Ying shook his skull, "he noticed us." Shino peaked around the corner and as the twins said Color was looking straight at the doorway with a smirk drawn across his face.
Palette fidgeted with his hands, "I-I don't think this is very good idea anymore..." Yang looked at him with annoyance, "why? Is it too scary for you?" Ying slapped Yangs arm and glared at him. Palette bit his 'lip' and didn't respond.
Ying sighed, "I'm sorry about Yang but honestly are you scared? If so that's alright he is creepy." Palette gulped, "w-well last time- I uh...nevermind." A ghostly scoff from Cray came soon after Palette finished, "why dont you want to talk about last time? Is because last time I died?"
Ying and Yang stared at Palette with curiosity. Yang spoke up after some time of silence, "last time? Do you mean you've encountered this guy before?" Palette looked to be in a debate with himself, "u-ummm.....forget I said anything."
Yang was ready to argue but was hushed by Yings glare. Shino looked into the living room again to see that Color was now staring at the wall again. Shino sighed and looked away, "well...what now? We won't find anything this way." Yang thought for a moment, "does he have any belongings? I'm sure we'd find something in there." Shino shrugged, "far as I know he came empty handed."
Yang sighed and sat on the floor, "where did the adults go anyway?" Ying sat next to him, "to go retrieve dad. Apparently Ink left him with Uncle Dream's group." Yang looked over at Ying, "why?" Ying shrugged, "beats me."
Ying stood up, "well I haven't spoken to Moonlight since we've got here so I think I'm going to annoy him!" Yang quickly stood, "I'm coming with you." Just like that the twins were gone.
Shino sighed as she kept peering into the living room, "he can't just sit there and stare at the wall all day can he?" Palette hugged his knees, "he knows we're watching him. He'll continue staring at the wall until he knows hes alone."
Shino looked at Palette, "how exactly do you know so much about Color?" Palette pretended as if he didn't hear her to Shino's frustration. Shino sat on the ground and sighed, "the least you could do is give me intel. I know you're hiding something."
Palette frowned, "it's not worth talking about, it'll lead you nowhere. I know your mission right now is to find out about what Color's planning. I dont know anything about that." Shino gave him a look, "but do you know someone who does?"
Palette sighed, "if I did know someone who did they'd be dead. Or.....well no I doubt he'd even know about it." Shino smirked, at this point Palette would speak about anything, "who? Who wouldn't know?" Palette frowned even more, "it was just an old partner if Color's they would go around breaking rules. I don't even know how I know so much since I didn't meet him until he came for Outer's help."
Shino grinned, she knew who Palette was talking about. She then grabbed Palette's arm and drug him to the kitchen, "Palette I want you to answer truthfully. This knowledge could be Color's downfall." Palette nodded nervously.
Shino smiled, "what do you know about Color and Killer's partnership?"
