Gellert POV:

There was an afterparty in the castle which I refused to attend until I had seen Albus in the hospital wing. When I went, he still seemed pale but he was shaking less and insisted on me leaving him there with Elphias which I reluctantly agreed to. I don't want to seem weird, he's not priority.

Even so, I still couldn't shake the feeling of worry that clung to me, a feeling I wasn't used to at all. It made me very quiet at the party which wasn't good as I was the main person everyone wanted to see and ask questions to. I managed to do it but it was much more difficult when all I could ponder about was whether Albus was ok.

Upon arriving back at my dorm in the Durmstrang boat which a few of my friends, I knew there was only one way I could extinguish this anxiety.

'I'm going to the hospital ving, I'll be back in an hour or two,' I informed my boat mates but before I could step a foot out the door I was stopped.

Zelig was confused, 'Vhy do you keep going there? Haven't you already been today?'

Matz pushed his shoulder, 'No, Zelig, remember, there vas that boy he rescued in there. You know, the red head?'

'Ohhhhh Yeh!' Zelig grinned, 'I see,'

'Gellert's going to get in another visit just to check his darling boy is ok!' Matz teased, causing both of them to laugh.

This was soon stopped though by my wand pointing directly at his throat, 'Call him that again and you'll be on the floor before you take another breath,'

Matz's smile faded as a serious expression took over him. I lowered my wand but kept it in hand, 'Yes, I am going to see him, vhat about it?'

Zelig flickered his eyes from me to the floor in fear, 'I think vhat Matz vas trying to say vas that ve're rather surprised you vould show such fondness for this boy,'

I nodded my head, 'He is special, I like him so,'

'Like him as in friends or like him as in...,' Matz trailed off.

I rolled my eyes and turned my head away.

'Come on, Gellert, everyone thinks you're gay but you never say anything about it...do you like him?' Zelig asked.

Taking a deep breath, I made my way slowly over to Zelig, inching closer to him, so close that he swallowed in terror, 'I think everyone needs to mind there own businesses as who and vhat I like is no ones but mine. Is that understood?'

Zelig nodded as soon as I finished the last syllable.

With one last glare at Matz, I left the room with intentions to see the very boy I had been thinking about all afternoon.

However, when I got there I was told he had been discharged only a few minutes before my arrival.

'You mean you let him go!?' I said in disbelief.

The nurse nodded, 'Oh yes, he was quite well,'

'Are you sure?' I grumbled, 'Because if he so much as coughs I'm bringing him straight back here,'

'I assure you he is fine,' the nurse shook her head at me before walking off.

I stood there, quite annoyed. I knew it was too late to go and see him now, it was getting dark outside and pretty soon my headmaster would send a search party.

After trudging my way back to the ship, I walked in on a rather suspicious looking gathering who were all whispering. As soon as I entered their heads whipped around and a deadly silence cast into the room. They all ran into their rooms except Matz who say guiltily in his chair.
