𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 maggie is a fiery girl with a soft side. she's confident in herself and her abilities and won't hesitate to let you know her opinion on a subject. she can be sarcastic and every now and again she has the perfect one-liners. she holds her head high and doesn't let others put her down, no matter the topic of disagreement (though she can admit when she's wrong — she once got into a small political debate but she later tracked down and apologized to the boy she argued with after reading up on the subject). maggie can also be quiet at times. she loves her alone time (very much an ambivert) where she can curl up with a book and relax. she's fiercely loyal to her friends and is always stepping up to help them out in times of need (one of her friends had gone through a bad breakup so maggie invited her over and watched shitty horror movies until her friend was laughing and forgetting about her ex). 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 maggie grew up with her parents (boris [russian] and ester [jewish]) and her two older brothers (oliver, 22, a psychology major - jackson "jax," 25, an english teacher). her father taught her russian and her mother raised her and her brothers in the jewish faith. she was taught to be smart and polite, but her brothers always reminded her to break-out and be who she wanted to be (oliver sometimes took her to parties with him and just got her more exposure to kids who didn't fit her parents mold). it introduced her to a whole new world of cursing, smoking, and people who didn't fit the "straight" she had been taught to be. she hasn't told anyone that she's bi, but she did crush hard on a certain blonde at scoops ahoy (before she got herself a girlfriend, sadly). she spent a lot of time reading and listening to old music and watching old movies in her family's basement. her brothers introduced her to comic books and rock music, and they tried to get her on a dnd campaign before jax left for school and oliver decided it was nerdy and went off with his high-school friends. she had a few close friends she stuck with when he brothers left for school, but after she got a job at star-court mall she met some awesome people who had awesome friends (even if some of them were younger than her). 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄𝐒 old books, 40s and 60s music, fuzzy socks/colorful tube socks, overalls, sunflowers, cuddling, dnd, old diners, history, mixtapes (she often makes some for different moods or her friends) 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄𝐒 people talking over her, being taken advantage of, complete silence, small/cramped spaces, sexism, homophobia, being sad for no reason
