Wendy took deep breaths as she waited for Taeil to come over. She needed to clear things out with him, let him know what's been on her mind, and what she wants for their future, and her own. She couldn't stop shuffling around the house, and when the door bell rang, she squealed in surprise. She picked up the courage, and finally went to open the door, first met by flowers.

And a beautiful moon hiding behind them.

"Hey sweetheart." Taeil peeked out of the bouquet, smiling brightly. Suddenly all her worries were washed away, and Wendy felt calm and comfortable again. She took the bouquet and pulled him in, closing the door behind them, then lead him to the living room. She placed the flowers on the coffee table while he jumped on the couch, Wendy soon joining him.

"So, how come you wanted me over?" Taeil asked straight away. "What's wrong Seungwan?"

"Why would anything be wrong?" she asked, avoiding too much eye contact. She knew Taeil could see through her, he read her like a book, and knew every small detail. He reached and held her chin, forcing her to maintain eye contact.

"Seungwan, I know you. Now tell me, what's wrong?" he sounded serious. Wendy bit her lips and looked down afraid. She heard Taeil sigh and shift closer, pulling her closer with his arms around her. Once she was against his chest, she suddenly felt calmer.

"Taeil... Remember you told me to move in with you?" she felt him nod. "I... I'm sorry Taeil, but I realised something. When Seulgi was here, she was the reason I didn't want to. But now, I realised even if she wasn't here, I don't think I could have..."

"Why not?" he asked calmly.

"I'm scared, and... I'm not comfortable with the idea of it. I don't know, but there's something about it, living together, that's scaring me."

"Tell me about it." Wendy heard his consultant's tone coming out instead of his usual soft one.

"Taeil, maybe wait till we're ready to be married or at least engaged..."

"You're lying."

"I'M SCARED OF YOU!"

Wendy suddenly broke down, crying into his chest. She loved and hated Taeil for this, he could get things out of her one way or another too easily. She grasped his shirt, not wanting to face him at all.

But Taeil was oddly calm. He didn't show any signs of confusion even, and simply stroked her hair as she cried. "It's OK Wendy. Let it out."

"Shut up Moon! I hate you so much!"

"I love you too." he teased, and felt her hold a chuckle. He smiled and kissed the top of her head, when she slowly released his shirt herself, moving away from his chest. Taeil cupped her cheeks and wiped away the tear streaks, and made her look up. "I'll wait for you."

"D- Don't yo- you want to know why- y?" she tried to speak through her tears. Taeil smiled again and shook his head.

"All I know is you're scared, and I don't want that. So I'll wait for you. Until then, you can keep Popo with you here. How about that?"

Wendy almost forgot about their puppy. She would go see it at least five times a week at Taeil's place, but she sometimes wished to keep her herself. Now he was willing to leave her here, and she loved the idea. She jumped closer and hugged him tight, sniffling into his neck.

"I'll do it. I'll take care of her. You're so sweet Taeil, I can't believe it. Thank you so much for understanding."

"It's nothing Wendy. It's only right for you to worry. You're a woman after all, you have your boundaries and rules." he pulled her out and held her chin, "And that's why I love you." he pulled her in and softly kissed her. Wendy kissed him back, slowly locking her hands around his neck as his went around her waist and pulled her closer.

She was suddenly sitting on his lap as they kissed, until Wendy felt hot and shy, and pulled away. She kept her face down and hid it in his shoulder, trying to cover the obvious redness in her whole face. Taeil chuckled and kissed her neck and shoulder instead, and suddenly stood up heading to her kitchen. He sat her down on the counter, and pecked her lips once more.

"While I'm here, let's have dinner. I'm hungry."

Wendy smiled and nodded, and the two were soon cooking at the stove together.
