"Woah woah woah, wait for a second there doctor." Wendy showed her hands up at the doctor. They were at the hospital for Seulgi's monthly appointment, her fourth month going on, and we're dropped a bomb shell. "You're telling me, that what you could have seen before but didn't, you see it now. And that is the fact that my sister is not pregnant with a baby... BUT BABIES? TWO!?!" she shrieked holding up two fingers.

The doctor nodded a little apologetic, knowing they'd usually catch this a month ago, but she didn't. But what was more amusing was her patient's reaction as Seulgi simply laid back on the bed, and stared up at the screen on the ceiling, showing two fetuses instead of one.

"I've checked them out more in detail too, and figured out they're identical. Not too sure about the gender yet however."

Seulgi couldn't believe it. She was carrying two lives in her, identical twins. She felt so overwhelmed she started to cry. Wendy sat her up and hugged her, calming her down, though feeling shocked herself. "It's OK Seulgi, breathe, just breathe, it's OK."

"Wendy..." Seulgi cried softly, "I'm having two babies..." she said as if questioning. Wendy turned her to face her and nodded, causing her to cry again.

But with a smile on her face.

"You're... happy?" Wendy asked confused. Seulgi nodded excited, unable to comprehend just how happy she was.

"I don't know how to tell you this. I'm having twins, and... That's double the joy I felt from before. I'm going to be a mother of two at once. Oh my God... I can't believe this..."

Wendy was relieved her friend wasn't at all upset about this. She was scared what if Seulgi suddenly started to regret it, but it was all OK. They soon left the hospital and went home, Wendy secretly texting Seulgi's mother about the news. The elder woman was over joyed by the news, and replied even her husband was happy. They were still upset about their daughter's state, but they knew there was no point going against it, and remained positive.

One thing that Wendy worried about was how she would catch Seulgi writing late at night. She saw her writing things on paper, and enveloping them, putting them away in a box, then hiding the box behind her clothes in the closet. Wendy wondered what was it she was hiding, but decided against checking it. She knew Seulgi was going through a lot, so she decided it was best to leave her alone. Maybe it was a form of stress relief for her.

"I'm off, see you later!" Wendy announced as she left the apartment for work. She had taken a few weeks off, not by choice though. According to her schedule, Taeyong had taken time off to go somewhere, hence she was off work too. What she didn't understand was why they said so, because as she saw, Taeyong wasn't gone for as long as they were told, considering how he met Seulgi, and how she saw him at Hangang Park one night. She would have approached him, but decided against it when she noticed beer cans next to him.

Going into Taeyong's office room, she saw him sitting behind the table where the slate "Secretary" shined in gold and black, his back facing her. He had turned his chair around and was looking out the window at Seoul. "Reporting for duties, Mr. Lee." Wendy spoke formally. Taeyong turned his chair around, and Wendy swore she had never seen anyone look like that before, especially him.

Taeyong was always one to dress in tip top shape, wearing only the most exclusive shirts and limited edition coats. His hair was always styled up, and face always kept clean shaven, even his face was flawless, with not a trouble in sight.

But today, it was as if some alter ego had taken over. Taeyong was wearing a simple white tee with a formal blazer, his hair looked as if he hadn't brushed it, and a light stubble of a prickly beard forming.

"See through my schedule. I want to go home."

Home... Usually when he said home, Wendy would find him with Seulgi, and not just in his house, but anywhere. But now, she was confused. Taeyong looked like he was in prison, not having eaten properly, not getting enough sleep, and most of all, not taking care of himself.

And Wendy knew something was wrong with him, which was definitely related to Seulgi. Regardless, she went through his schedule on her clipboard, and saw he had only one meeting that day.

"You have a family meeting in an hour, in CEO Lee's office room." she said, meaning his father's office at the top floor. Taeyong groaned, jamming his head down onto his table, Wendy jumping in shock. She sat at her desk for the rest of the day, watching over him since she wasn't given anymore tasks.

Soon, they were called for the meeting, and the first thing Wendy noticed was how tense the Lee family were.
