"I don't see why I have to be here."
You stared at Uraraka and Tsuyu with a flat look, not happy with the fact that they had dragged you all the way to the shopping mall to try on a few dresses.
"It is really important that you are," Tsuyu mentioned and exchanged a look with her friend.
That caused a spark of perplexity to appear in your coloured orbs and your lips parted to ask but you were bombarded with a pile of clothes.
"Try these on and we'll see what suits you." Uraraka guided you to the dressing room and as soon as you placed the clothes down, you huffed in annoyance.
Searching through the clothes to see what you wanted to wear first, you decided to pick a [Favourite Colour] summer dress.
"Have you tried anything on, [F/N]?" Uraraka asked but a smile of joy painted her lips once you opened the curtain, revealing yourself in the pretty dress.
Looking elsewhere in an awkward manner, you asked for their opinion but instead was taken towards the worker by the cash machine who smiled in an amused manner.
"We would like to pay for this dress." Tsuyu clamped a hand over your mouth before you could protest and you helplessly watched as Uraraka used some of her money to pay.
"Okay, what the hell is going on?" Once you removed her hand, you squinted your eyes at the two girls who simply smiled in a knowing manner.
"Just sit on that bench over there." Tsuyu instructed but you refused to move, crossing your arms and shaking your head.

"Damn it!"
The moment your friend touched your arm, your feet were lifted from the ground and you were easily sent towards the bench where you were seated.
"You'll thank us later!"
Calling out to their retreating figures in a loud manner, you let out a sigh of defeat soon after and relaxed against the bench.
"[F-F/N]?"
Your [E/C] orbs held curiosity in them as they travelled over to the owner of the voice but it immediately changed to astonishment.
"Kirishima?"
He seemed to be flustered as he took in your different look but you had become the same as you took in the attire that made him look cute. What snapped out you out of you state was realisation as it made an impact on you.
"They set us up."
Your aura became dark as you squinted your eyes at the spot your two friends were once standing but soon moved them onto Kirishima as he spoke up.
"They did this for us so I don't think we should waste their efforts," He muttered as he rubbed the back of his neck in an awkward manner.
You were silent for a moment, taking in his words before you sent back your agreement, a light blush dusting your cheeks.
"Alright...Where do you want to go first?" You asked as you glanced around, looking for a shop that would interest you both enough to check it out.
Your answer was given through the sound of a loud rumble and you blinked in surprise, a small yet amused smile painting your lips soon after.
"Let's get something to eat first and then we can head to the arcade."

"I'm so full. Thanks [F/N]!" Kirishima sent you an adorable grin as he patted his stomach while you inwardly sulked over the fact that your wallet was almost empty.
The taller boy hadn't brought any sort of money with him, completely unaware of the fact that he would be going on a date with you so you offered to buy whatever he wanted.
"I promise I'll treat you next time," He mentioned as you both made your way over to the arcade, its location being on the second floor.
Stepping inside, you both came across the view of many teenagers, younger and older, having a blast as they played as many games as they could. Your eyes settled onto a certain game and Kirishima could tell by the glimmer that appeared in your orbs that you wanted to play it.
"Come on."
You moved your attention onto your hand once he gently took a hold of it, the action causing your cheeks to lighten up with the colour red. As you both drew near the game machine, you reached out with your free hand for the first controller but it was taken away before you could get a hold of it. Taken aback by this, you moved your gaze onto a couple of older boys, the one who held the controller grinning in your direction.
"You can have it if you give me a kiss." His friends snickered along with him while you frowned, looking over to Kirishima who seemed unimpressed by the trio.
"Let's go somewhere else."
The red haired boy gave you a nod and you both had the intention to leave until the boy roughly grasped onto your arm, stopping you from moving any further.
"You can go but leave her with us." An irk mark appeared on Kirishima's forehead and his grip around your hand tightened ever so slightly, revealing the anger he was beginning to feel.
You released a sigh and closed your eyes, intending to scare away the group with your power but you were beaten to it. Kirishima took a step towards the three to shorten the distance while he clenched his fist, his skin hardening as he activated his abilities.
"Don't touch her." His voice dripped with venom as he glared at the boy who flinched under his stare.
"O-Oh yeah, what are you going to do-" Unable to finish his sentence due to the punch that struck his stomach, a cry of pain left his lips as he fell to the ground, his two friends staring at Kirishima in shock.
You were undeniably stunned, not expecting your crush to act in such a way but when you felt a soft tug, you came out of your daze. Kirishima wanted to leave so he could cool off and you definitely couldn't protest, allowing him to lead you away from the scene he had caused. Not a single word was spoken until you both were seated on a bench.
"I'm sorry, I ruined the date." He seemed sad as he muttered this but you were the opposite, a warm smile painting your lips.
Gathering as much courage as you could, you then leaned forward and placed a kiss against his cheek. Kirishima was startled by the affection and moved his attention onto you, the dark blush on his cheeks revealing how flustered he had become.
"W-Wha-[F-F/N]?"
"Even though I could have taken care of it myself, you still stepped up to protect me. Thank you."
The eye contact lingered between you both, you taking notice of the surprise that gleamed in his orbs before they softened. His lips formed into a smile before he uttered the next words that caused your heart to flutter.
"I'll always protect you, no matter what."
