⎮Stark Tower-  2 Weeks Later⎮

"You just need to shade that a little bit more," Steve says from his spot next to me in the art room Dad gifted him for their 1st anniversary. I look at my drawing of Dad's suit with a frown, realizing he's right. "If you shade that section, it should help." He adds smiling at me. In the background music was playing softly, musicals to be exact since Steve and I both love them.

"Thanks, Papa," I say with a small smile, going back to my drawing. We work in comfortable silence, Steve was drawing a picture that I couldn't see yet, but was promised it would be 'worth it' when it was revealed. I clear my throat and glance at him. "Do you think that maybe we could do something fun before summer ends?" I ask while grabbing a different shade of red-colored pencil.

"Maybe, what did you have in mind?" Steve responds as we continue to work.

"I don't know maybe like a theme park or even just a waterpark," I say before checking over my work again. "Dad and I have been all over the world and he even took me to Disney when I was a kid, it's just.." I trail off, unsure how to state how I'm feeling without coming off wrong.

"It's just what doll?" Steve asks as he turns away from his drawing, attention on me. After a minute of silence, he prompts me. "Sweetheart, you can tell me anything," Steve reassures me making me give him a slight smile.

"I know," I say with a sigh before continuing. "I'm really grateful for everything Dad and I have, but when I was little I dreamed of going to like Disney or something with a big family, some uncles, parents, siblings and just making a day out of it," I state remembering how many times I wrote it in my diary as a kid.

"I can talk to your dad but I don't know how booked his work schedule is." Steve trails off looking at me apologetically. Lately, Dad's been working with Pepper and the R&D department a lot more, and he's usually coming home either at dinner and going back or way late at night. The tower felt empty considering everyone was doing their own thing.

"I understand, maybe you and I can go to a museum or something?" I suggest making him smile. He goes to respond but is cut off by FRIDAY.

"Miss Stark, you have a text message from the contact name peter park-our stacked book emoji and it seems urgent, would you like me to read it?" FRIDAY asks making me look at Steve confused on why it would be urgent.

"Yes Fri, thank you," I say.

"The text message says: could I possibly stay with you for a couple of days? May kicked me out and I don't know what to do and Ned's family is out of town.." FRIDAY informs me making Steve and I look at each other in shock. I raise my eyebrow at Steve.

"Of course he can stay, FRIDAY can you inform Tony about Peter and see if the guest room by Evie is livable please," Steve says as he starts to clean up, ending our time together. "Can you also see if Happy is available to pick him up?"  Steve asks FRIDAY.
