"Ugh... What the hell happened?" Zelda heard Link ask. Turning around, she saw all of her friends coming to. They were all rubbing their heads like they were in pain. Each of their heart containers were a little dimmer, but still in the state where they can function.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Zelda walked over towards them. "How are you guys feeling?"

"Like I bust opened my head on a rock..." Neji groaned. "I'm not sure what happened, but I'm suddenly hungry."

Zelda smiled while rolling her eyes. "Don't you have any snacks in that bag of yours?"

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot about that!" Neji dug through his bag stuffed full of food. "Who wants cupcakes?!"

"I want one, please!" It's like the mention of cupcakes cured Charlene with only words.

Charles clicked his tongue. "You know that I don't like sweets."

"Gee, Charles." Neji smirked playfully. "It's no wonder you're always so bitter. You never intake anything sweet."

"Shut up, you squirt."

Zelda went over towards the twins, kneeling down to their level since they were still sitting on the ground. "Are you two ok?"

"I feel fine now, thank you." Charlene answered. "Though, I feel like I'm going to have nightmares for a week..."

"Just don't let whatever you saw get to you too much. Whatever it was, it's not true." Zelda turned towards Charles. "Same can be said to you. You may feel like you're not being acknowledged by the one person you really want to make proud, but it isn't all true either."

"How would you know?!" Charles snapped. "You don't know what was said and done!"

"Actually, brother. She's right." Charlene admitted.

"...What?"

Charlene let out a sigh. "I should've told you this sooner, and I deeply apologize for keeping it for so long. Before we fell into this world, father admitted how he truly felt about you. He said as much as he really wanted you to excel in swordsmanship, he didn't know how to properly take it when you advanced in something else. He mentioned that you remind him of himself when he was our age, but he knew there had to be differences as well. He can't change what you're good or bad at. He had to accept that this is who you are. He wanted to say this to you whenever you cooled down, but you ran off. He said that... He's very proud of you, Charles, and he's sorry for putting you down."

Charles lowered his eyes towards the ground, tears welding up. "He should've realized it sooner, that damned old man..."

Neji went next to Zelda, holding out a tissue for Charles while digging out something in his bag. "Here you are. And here's some leftover quiche."
