7: What is wrong with you?!

I had Blake follow Rose around until I was able to figure out a way to get her to Italy. In the mean time I did find a way to get rid of her asshole boyfriend. While Blake kept an eye on her, he also kept an eye on her boyfriend Ethan I think was his name. He cheated on her all the time with multiple girls, one was even her best friend Sarah, some shitty best friend she had. Poor Rose had no clue. I had Blake kidnap him one night, and I used a certain skill set of mine to 'convince' him to screw things up with rose bad enough that she would leave him. I have to say, he did make her leave, but if I were close enough I would have killed him. After that Blake kept up with Rose, but his reports got short for a while and all he would tell me was that she was alive and still attending classes. I wasn't stupid, I knew he didn't want to tell me what was actually going on but I forced it out of him one night. Apparently Rose was taking the breakup hard. She had been crying herself to sleep at night, to tired and distracted to focus on her school work so she was failing, and worst of all she was barely eating anything. She was a smart girl, she knew exactly what she needed to keep her from being malnourished. Apparently that jerk made comments about her weight. Rose was trying to lose weight in hopes that he would take her back if she got skinny enough. There was absolutely nothing wrong with her body, she was thicker than most girls these days but that made her even better! I didn't want a stick figure to hold, I wanted Rose just the way she was.

One day Blake called me out of the blue to give me an update that would change everything I had been planning. Rose was failing and her 'friend' Sarah, had suggested a leave of absence. This was perfect! This is how I would get Rose right where I wanted her, here...with me. I had Sebastian find her mom's cell number and called her. I convinced her to make her daughter go to Italy on her leave of absence, I even bought the plane ticket for her. I knew her mom wore the pants in the family so her dad wouldn't really have a say, I wasn't worried about him. I told Blake to pack his things and get here asap. I got him on a flight that would arrive half an hour before Rose's. I know Rose's aunt Tanya so it was very easy to get a key from her.

Finally everything had fallen into place. After months of watching her from afar, I was so close to finally getting my hands on my sweet Rose. As I made my final preparations for her here, I had Blake persuade her into a road trip that would bring her right to me. However, I wasn't expecting one little snag. They were falling for each other. Rose didn't know I existed yet so she could be forgiven, but Blake knew what she was to me. I figured out Blake's plan before it was too late. He was going to expose me and take Rose away back to the states so they could be together, which is why he had to go. I didn't want to hurt Rose, but I had to kill Blake. So when he was taking her on their little 'date', I waited in the woods for them. I had a little trick up my sleeve that would make it look like an accident, but indefinitely take care of my problem.

I watched as the car swerved around the road before crashing into a tree. I rushed over to check on Rose and thankfully she was okay, but so was Blake. He was still breathing and hadn't been fully knocked out by the impact. I quickly made my way to his side of the car before snapping his neck. When Rose woke up she would think he died from the crash. I waited until she started waking up to head back to the house. On my way I could hear her screams for that pest in the car, begging him to wake up. I wanted to wrap her in a hug and tell her I was there and would never leave her, but I couldn't, not yet. In just a few minutes she would stumble onto our house and my long wait would be over. Rose would be mine.

Gio's POV

I finished telling her the story and watched her reaction carefully. Tears spilled from her eyes but I don't think she even realized. The horror in her expression was clear as day. I can't say I was surprised though, how else should I have expected her to react?
