The way some people write dialogue.
Like seriously who started the trend of writing dialogue like this

Unimportant harem girl: Hey~
Seriously who started it?!
First of all this format of dialogue is for plays. Writing dialogue like this suggests you're gonna act this out with other people in real life.
Unless...you actually are...

In that case continue doing what you do! But for the people who don't...
Well I'm not telling you to stop but a least do it with a bit more effort, like including narration which is something I notice a lack in some stories.
