I was a small girl. Thin and petite a lot of girls wanted my figure which made me feel special and loved but lately, I've been struggling with body confidence and self love. I didn't really know why i was feeling this way. I had just been feeling really fat and depressed, with no reason at all.

I stared at myself in the body length mirror and sighed.

Is this really what I look like?

"I'm so fat" I whispered in frustration as I poked my stomach

"Babe! Are you ready?" Grayson shouted from downstairs

"Coming!"

I grabbed my phone and left the room, heading down stairs. Grayson met me at the bottom.

"You ready?"

"Yep" i smiled pecking his lips

"Looking gorgeous as ever"

"Thank you"

I put my heels on and we left the house

Grayson unlocked his car and opened the door for me I sat down and he closed the door. I pulled down the visor and glanced in the mirror. I messed around with my hair and makeup before Grayson started the car. I rested my head on my hand and glanced out of the window, sighing.

"You okay?"

"Yeah" I smiled brightly

He smiled back and continued to drive while I continued to stare out of the glass.

We arrived at the restaurant and took our seats

We talked for a bit and checked out the menus before a waiter came over and asked for our orders

Grayson ordered the stuffed crab with a side order of duck

"And for you, ma'am?"

"Um I will have the lobst- no, no actually i'll have the chicken salad instead" I smiled and closed my menu

Grayson gave me a look

"Okay, great. Is that all?"

I nodded

"Your food will be served shortly" and with a kind smile the waiter walked away

Grayson continued to glare at me

"What?" I laughed

"Why did you get a salad? You could've had anything but you ordered salad"

"And? I just fancied having a salad. Is that so bad?" I slightly raised my voice

"Woah babe, I was just asking" he said a little taken back at my sudden outburst

I just looked down and swirled my drink with the straw

"Are you okay?" He said a little worried

"Yeah"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes"

He held my hand across the table

"I love you"

"I love you too"

We started talking again, laughing and what not waiting for our food to arrive.

I noticed two other girls sitting across from us, staring at me and laughing. I knew they were making fun of my weight. They could clearly see how much of a fat bitch I am. I grew sad almost instantly and regretted ever coming to this restaurant. I felt tears begin to prick my eyes.
