When he meets your parents

Tony:

Your parents weren't too keen on you dating a rich player like Tony. They thought he would do something and you'd get hurt. But Tony is a charmer, and as soon as he started talking to your parents, they had forgotten all about their prior concerns. 

Bruce:

Your dad was worried about Bruce hulking out on you, or something going wrong that lead to you getting hurt and your mom didn't want to say anything at all for fear of screwing up the best relationship you'd ever had. In the end, their fears—and yours—were soothed by how kind Bruce had been all throughout dinner.

Clint:

All you had told your parents before Sunday night dinner was that you were bringing your boyfriend and that his name was Clint. It was only when they opened the door that they found out "Clint" was Hawkeye from the news. They were a little bit star struck as they spent the rest of dinner getting to know your new boyfriend.

Thor:

Your parents had a hard time accepting Thor, since he wasn't from Earth and supposedly wouldn't be as good for you as an Earth guy. But, they knew they couldn't do anything about your relationship, so they didn't bother. Everything was civil between you, but there wasn't a dinner or anything so no problems would be caused. 

Loki:

Your parents didn't like Loki from the start, since he sort of tried to take over New York, so you never formally introduced them to each other. It would only end in a fight after all. You spent more time simply trying to assure them that Loki was good to you and eventually, they would accept him,

Steve:

Steve didn't get the luxury of meeting your parents privately. Instead, he met them at a family reunion. So, he was rightfully overwhelmed by the prospect of meeting your family. Luckily, Steve is nothing but a gentleman and impressed everyone with his manners. And maybe he brought his shield along too.

Bucky:

Bucky was easily more worried about meeting your parents than he should have been. Your parents were accepting and actually thought his metal arm was cool. His kindness and great manners caused your parents to love him instantly.

Pietro:

Pietro was a nervous wreck leading up to his initial introduction to your parents, causing him to accidentally say that "Y/N is the most wonderful man I've ever met", and spill his drink down the front of his pants when your mom said that she thought he was the best boyfriend you'd ever had.
