Toni's POV
~almost a week later~
The new town I was living in was great so far, but very quiet. Tomorrow was going to be my first day at yet another new school and I already knew I was gonna hate it. If only Cheryl was here. From previous experiences I know that a new school means more people laughing at me because I don't know my way around. It means more bullies, more creeps and everything else I don't want but will get. I've learnt that it's better to be alone in a new town. That way I can't get betrayed by anyone and I don't get too attached to a possible friend, in case the family I'm with now decide they don't want me and send me away, which always happens in the end.
I had been with this new family for around a month. My new adoptive parents names were David and Eric. They have another child called Noah. He is only two years younger than me. The day that I met them I told them that I'm bisexual and they were totally cool with it, as I suspected considering they were clearly LGBTQ+ themselves.
Cheryl's POV
It was the night before the first day back. I was dreading it. On the other hand, it meant I would get to see Veronica, Betty and Kevin again, which I was excited for. I was laying in bed, trying to sleep but failing. I closed my eyes and nothing would happen.
'THE BOIIIISSSSS'
Cheryl🍒: Anybody else still up?
Kevin🌈: Cheryl...it's only 9:30...
Cheryl🍒: I know but I wanted to get an early night and I can't sleep...I don't know why uhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Cheryl🍒: I feel like tomorrow is gonna be a rubbish day tbh
Veronica🛍: same dude
Kevin🌈: Chill girl
Kevin🌈: I have loads of tea to tell you all tomorrow
Veronica🛍: oooooo SPILL
Kevin🌈: Tomorrow...but it's spiceeeeyyyyyyy
Veronica🛍: looking forward to it 😊
Cheryl🍒: Where's Betty?
