(Q) How old are you?
     (A) I'm seventeen :)

(Q) When and why did you start writing?
     (A) I started writing during the last week of my 9th-grade year. Summer was a couple days away and I had been reading lots of Choni fics and I dunno, one of those nights I just decided to write one as a joke (The first chapter of Falling For You). I had no intention of posting those 832 words, but I didn't have anything to lose so I went for it. I never planned to write a chapter over 1,000 words, but my lovely readers know well that changed. It really is incredible how that original fic sparked this hobby and my passion for writing.

(Q) If you were to describe Cheryl in three words, what would they be?
     (A) A lesbian queen.

(Q) Have you accidentally shipped a couple everyone hated?
     (A) I don't believe so.

(Q) If Toni didn't exist, who would you ship Cheryl with?
     (A) Veronica, if she were single, but I love Toni more.

(Q) What gives you inspiration to write Choni stories?
     (A) Well, I do love the ship so that's my foundation. With my more specific ideas, I just daydream and eventually, something just pops up and if I like it then I roll with it.

(Q) Have you ever thought of writing fanfics about different ships?
     (A) At times I wanted to write about other ships from other shows, but I don't really want to since some of the shows would be a bit too hard to write fic for, and some just wouldn't be as fun. I really enjoy writing stories with teens at the center and Choni is my favorite teen couple. I also don't want to take on too much as I have in the past when there's a lot going on.

(Q) How do you feel about people shipping Veronica with Cheryl or Toni every time she has a scene with one of them?
     (A) Honestly, it's annoying. Veronica isn't even confirmed as Bi and LGBT girls can just be friends with no romance involved, which is a fun dynamic. Cheryl and Toni are girlfriends, and if Veronica is Bi, then they can talk about LGBT issues together and understand all the gay jokes. No need for a relationship with either one of them when they are happy.

(Q) What's your favorite Choni story on Wattpad?
     (A) Capsize me and douse me in your bay—AKA the mermaid fic (I technically read this on ao3 but it is on Wattpad.)

(Q) What's your favorite Choni story that you've written and why?
     (A) You know, part of me really wants to say The Lost Ones, but looking back on what I've written with it, there are some parts that could've been stronger. Cheryl's character slips at times in her shyness and I noticed she has a little sass in her, which was not intended for her character. Toni was also meant to be sweet and nice to Cheryl, but also be more tough, and not as open about her soft qualities. There's also some awkward parts that I honestly hate and that I felt pressured to write. It just takes so much away from the story for me.
So, I do have to say my favorite is From Different Worlds. I think i like it more since I really get to put a spin on things and make everything my own. I get to take the base concept and morph it into what I want in the story. Plus I just really like my storylines and major plot points in it, I also planned it out more with the storyline for both characters, story plot points, and a timeline of past events. It just a really fun project to work on.

(Q) What made you 'fall in love' with Choni?
     (A) I don't know really. They were the first F|F couple I had seen on TV and I had just come out to my mom so seeing them made me feel better and I could relate. They were amazing in season 2 and they have their moments in season 3. Season 4 is just unfortunate for them. The writers only care about the core four and giving them repeating storylines. They don't treat that relationship fairly and they squashed their character development. Cheryl was getting better and the point for her was to keep going in that, but then they made her play with a doll and Jason's corpse. I know Cheryl has been through some shit, but it felt so out of character for her to have that storyline. Toni is now just a glorified extra at this point and I miss season 2 Toni. I don't blame the characters for their actions at this point, because some of these things are just the writers making horrible calls and ruining their characters. It also sucks that they keep adding characters when they can't even properly handle their current characters. I still love Choni—to the point where I will sit through the show, but I do want equal screentime and treatment. (Sorry for the rant on that one.)
