°The beginning of a whole new adventure°

So before we start, I just wanna say that I've been looking for a long time for an image that shows Tord, Tom, Edd, and Matt together but I couldn't find any. But, I came upon this beautiful art so this is the closest I could get😂 Please watch it, it's beautiful.

My eyes fluttered open and I see a rat holding a little chunk of a burger that Edd, Matt, and I gathered from the pile of food that we collected. I got up and walked over to the rat still slowly eating it. Due to my sleepiness, I kinda just stood there for a minute or two, and then lifted up my paw and swung it at the rat with the least amount of energy possible causing it to drop the food and fly and hit a wall.

I walked back to my so called bed. It was just a cardboard box laying on the side, and the opening of the box that people put objects inside is my enterance inside with a blanket and a pillow inside. I try to keep it clean but it's kinda hard since I'm literally outside 24/7 with the awful weather. There's a stick holding up the flap of the box so I could see outside. I call it my door because I kick it down if I want to be left alone in privacy. But, I left it up.

Edd, Matt, and I live in a dark alleyway. We don't like humans. Like, at all.

Matt got thrown out of his owners car and into a forest. Matt despised him from then on. Since Edd loooves exploring, he lost his owner when he travled away from him. When he was on the streets, humans would kick and harm him. He bit one human once and animal control got called. My owner threw me out of his bedroom window. I was fine though,  it was just a two story house and it wasn't even that big.

I saw Edd making his way over to me holding a chicken leg in his mouth. He dropped it in front of me outside of my box and sat down. "Don't choke on it this time." Edd told me in a very plain tone as if he was used to this and had repeated this mulitple times. Which he has, just not to me, but to Matt.

Edd got up and walked away. He returned shortly with another chicken leg in his mouth, for himself of course, and Matt was walking next to him with is own chiclen leg to eat in his mouth. Both of them sat down and dropped their food in front of them.

"Oh yeah, we're gonna go explore some places for a bit today." Edd said before taking a bite out of his chicken leg. "Whrmm rhm e gomm.?" Matt asked but it was being muffled since he had food in his mouth. Edd just gave him a disgusted look on his face. I took a bite out of my chicken leg, still laying down inside my box with my head outside of the box to eat the chicken leg on the floor. Matt swallowed his food. "Where are we going?" Matt repeated instead this time clearly with no food in his mouth. Yet.

"Just walk around the place to see the area and maybe new places we've never been to before. Or places we have never been to together.""Edd. Haven't you learned your lesson from what happened? You lost your owner from exploring and yet you still want to do it." I told Edd before taking a bite out of my 'breakfast'. Edd looked at me. "I don't think he even came back to look for me. I stayed at the same spot for weeks but never saw him once." I looked up at Edd since I was laying down and he was sitting. "Maybe he was sick of having a Dora cat. She has brown hair, you have brown fur. Dora has brown eyes, you have brown eyes. Dora likes exploring, you like exploring. I can see the similarities." Edd just glared at me. "Shut up before I throw you out a window." I smirked. "Two story or three?" Matt then joined in the conversation. "How are you supposed to throw him out a window when we have no windows?" Edd groaned. "UGH I don't know! We'll go to a huge hotel and go to the top floor and I'll throw him from there! And if we don't know the location to a hotel, which we don't, I'll just throw him in front of a garbage truck!" I just smiled. It was fun making Edd irritated and just done with Matt and I's nonsense. Mostly mine though.

We got up, grabbed our finished breakfast and walked towards a gray trash can we moved from outside of the alleyway to inside. Matt jumped and opened the lid. He dropped his food inside and Edd and I threw ours inside. Matt closed the lid after and jumped down. We actually respect the enviorment instead of just trashing the Earth with our own trash.

And so the four began their walk around the place near their alleyway. After a few hours of Matt getting distracted of seeing his reflection in a puddle or glass from a store, Tom getting distracted by any music,  and Edd trying his best not to wonder off and get his two friends to stick together with him and not get stepped on at the same time. Sometimes Edd just wants to ditch the two.

Eventually, they came across a spot near a bridge. Not on top of it, but on the bottom of it. They sat down and started talking about who knows what.

Tom started looking at his reflection in the water and then looked up at the top of the bridge. He saw a glimpse of something or someone? Whatever it was, it was at the top of it and it was pretty close to the edge. Tom squinted his eyes a little to see better. Then, he saw a cat. Light brown carmel fur was all he could get out from his big distance away from where the cat was. Then, he saw the cat

{To be honest, I kinda want to make this into it's own book. I have a plan for it and everything and it's not short like the title of the book says -^- What do you think?
